Executive stay

The hotel is very quite and safe and the staff are very friendly and the area is in the middle of the city with transportation accessibility.

Basic.

Arrived her on a long day time layover in Addis Ababa as this was the hotel Ethiopian airlines gave us since the skylight was fully booked. Don't expect a hotel of western standards. Staff was friendly. The room was clean enough & the food seemed reasonable (can't say about taste as I only ate some fresh fruit since I'm Kosher observant). The hotel is badic & dated but if it's just for a few hours in between flights and you're prepared to deal with basic, it's manageable. Klaila at the front desk was lovely.

Should be avoided at all costs

This hotel was provided to us with the Ethiopian Air stopover program for our 9 hour layover. This hotel is disgustingly dirty and in poor shape. Door locks broken, hallways dirty, carpeting in room filthy, no air conditioning on a very hot night. In my opinion this hotel should be removed from Ethiopian stopover program. Even though our stopover voucher provided for a free dinner and breakfast, we wouldn't consider even having a cup of coffee, seeing how ill kept and dirty this property was. In my opinion located in sketchy part of town and wouldn't consider going out at night.

More than I expect . Service is excellent .staffs are friendly
Exceptionally happy to accommodate you to assist you🙏 . This place is a hidden 5 star hotel . Parking issue no problem you are covered they have underground parking plus temporary drop off area by the entrance
I ❤️ this hotel and extend my stay . Fare is reasonable with a free outstanding breakfast. Enjoy it .
You don’t need to pay more for name and 4 well advertised propaganda AI videos
Just sharing my honest view. Congra to the management 😴 keep it up
