Uncommon, but very nice and correct owner
Accommodation is located a little bit outside of the city center, next bus stop about 5 minutes by foot.
Rooms are a little bit old but clean, it is a quiet area. Quality of the bed is really good but you cannot make it really dark in the room which is an advantage in a time when the days are very long.
Alexi (I guess it's the owner's name) is an uncommon but very gentle and helpful guy who speaks no excellent English but it is good enough to communicate. You will not get a key for the hotel but you have to ring the bell. For him it is no problem even it is in the middle of the night. He opens the door, when I arrived at 1o clock at night he opened as promised. Checking in at 10.30 p.m. was no problem as well.
Another uncommon thing is that you have to tell the evening before what time you want to have breakfast. There is no buffet, you will get a plate with some bread, vegetables, cheese and sausage plus a glass of orange juice. Only coffee you can take some more by self-service.
Excellent choice for those who don't expect luxury and want to be in a quiet place for a cheap price.

Good for a short stay
Luckily I had cash on hand, but the alternative was to find an ATM. Nearest one should be a kilometer away.
There was no paperwork, no check. I assume it was because I booked through a booking site, but who knows.
The room was clean, well kept, bathroom was allright. Flat screen TV, bed, table.
Comfortable.
The doors are made of paper, so you can hear anything and everything that's going on in the hallway. Other than that, It was very quiet. Almost serene.
I didn't have breakfast, tho it was offered for 5 eur extra.

Для одной ночи отлично!
Для тех кто ищет только кровать на ночь, вариант вполне подходящий.
