It is wonderful hotel such nice area near Old Town staff who work there fantastic and very nice and very social I recommend that all people visit here ♥️

Worst holiday ever
If I could give minus points I would. Do not waste your money on this place. Beach hotel ha ha if you cross the main road it is and beach well man made at best and a disgusting sea bed which smelled awfully most days. Well when we arrived we got our room and to start with there was a 30mm gap at the bottom of our patio door. The bed was so hard we could not sleep on it and after 3 nights the lovely room man actually swapped the whole bed so could get some rest. The room was old and shoddy at best but the exposed wiring in the bathroom was beyond belief. Only place to boil the kettle was on the floor and the kettle lid had no safety catch. We asked for milk for our tea/ coffee ans were given a plastic cup of powdered milk. We were limited to 3 tea bags and 4 packets of coffee a day. In the bathroom the shower mixer kept jamming and sending out pure scalding water and you couldn't wash in the sink as the plug wouldn't stay down in the hole.
Ok so we would make up for it with the food WRONG. As a former chef I would have been ashamed to put out the swill they did. Mostly made from the previous days left overs your could eat as much veg as you liked but protein was guarded and handed out sparingly. So can we have butter for our toast in a morning NO none about, we'll cold milk for the cereal they served NO hot milk(ha ha) meant for the coffee. The milk was a powdered milk diluted to the point you could see through it. Food was scarce if you wernt at the head of the scramble at meal time and even then barely hot.
At dinner there was the option to have some closely guarded meat from the BBQ but after seeing a server(won't call him a chef) drop a tray of chicken on the carpet he stood on and pick it up and put it back on the servery no thanks.
Best part was when we came to check out my partner was asked to fill out a satisfaction form. When they didn't like here answers a manager started to try and force her to change her answers until I stepped in and told him to do one.
Honestly we spent more on eating out and buying beers from a shop in town than the hotel cost us.
Could not wait to get back on the plane(Another story completely)

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice for its money, is near the sea- directly across the street beach hotel ) Jolly and unobtrusive animation, evening show programs) near the old town, you can go shopping and cafes in the evening)

The service was excellent, the animation team was very friendly, and the best thing about the hotel was that they brought joy to the place.
