Amazing stay, great vibes
Amazing hotel, had a really great stay! The food was tasty, the hotel was beautiful, and there were tons of fun events and activities every day. The service was also on point, everyone was super friendly and helpful
Big shoutout to Mostafa, one of the animators. He was super positive and energetic and really made the whole atmosphere so much more fun
And of course, the sea was amazing, with beautiful coral reefs and so many fish. Overall, had a great time!

I was truly able to relax and enjoy a much-break from the everyday hustle and bustle
We really loved our stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with everything we wanted close by. There were so many activities and events, including daily parties, yoga, drawing sessions, and more. There was even a paddle court. The atmosphere was really relaxing, and I could hardly believe my eyes the first time I saw the peaceful sea. In general, there were beautiful views everywhere.
Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The bed was soft and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The hotel was also fairly quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep.
The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we felt very well taken care of—more than we could have hoped for.
Considering the location, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience, I thought the price was reasonable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Remal Beach Resort! Everything was great, from the beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff to the excellent service. A truly unforgettable stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed.The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.The location was also very convenient. Carmen and her team made it amazing
We have just finished our stay at Rimal Beach in Sharm El Sheikh and I really want to give special recognition to the people who made our holiday so memorable.
The level of service we received during our stay was genuinely exceptional. Carmen, the Hotel Manager, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond for our family and took a personal interest in making sure we were happy, comfortable and able to enjoy every part of our holiday. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her warmth, professionalism and genuine care completely transformed our experience.
A huge thank you also has to go to Chef Ramadan, the Head Chef and all of the chefs who looked after us so brilliantly. The food they prepared for us was outstanding. Every day, for both lunch and dinner, they made sure we had exactly what we wanted and prepared meals especially for our family. The quality of the food, the attention to detail and the effort they put into every meal was amazing.
The head waiters and restaurant teams were equally fantastic. They remembered what we liked, looked after the children, anticipated what we needed and made every meal feel special. We genuinely felt incredibly well cared for.
The resort itself is in a beautiful setting. The sea views from the pools are stunning, particularly when you are relaxing by the water looking out across the Red Sea.
The snorkelling is also absolutely beautiful. The coral and marine life are incredible and it is one of those places where you can spend ages just looking at the different fish and colours beneath the water. It was definitely one of the highlights of the holiday.
The pools are lovely, the surroundings are beautiful and once we settled into the resort we had such a good time as a family. Any maintenance issue we raised was also dealt with promptly, which we really appreciated.
What stood out above everything, though, was the people.
There is a huge difference between simply providing good customer service and genuinely caring about whether guests are enjoying their holiday. Carmen and the team absolutely did the latter. They treated us with so much kindness and made us feel genuinely valued.
By the end of the holiday, we felt like we had made friends rather than simply met hotel staff.
Special thank you to Carmen and Chef Ramadan, and to the Head Chef, all of the chefs, head waiters and restaurant staff who looked after us every single day. You made our holiday.
We leave with some really lovely memories and we genuinely cannot thank you all enough.
