Everything was under Ahmed Ashraf's supervision at the swimming pool.
First, I want to thank the lifeguard, Ahmed Ashraf, for his excellent service and how he treated us. He loved laughing and joking around, and we had a great time with him. He also made the children feel very safe while at the pool. I also want to thank him for the cool towels he gave us. Thank you, Ahmed, and he does indeed teach children to swim.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were impressed by all lifeguards service and the cool towels they provided l especially want to thank lifeguard Ahmed Ashraf for his excellent service he’s always cheerful loves to laugh and joke and ensures the safety of the children at the swimming pool even giving them training

Ahmad Achraf life guard was very friendly helpful and kind making it safer for the kids . In addition he was distributing freezed towel fro every body .

I would like to give a special shout-out to Omar Bakheet, the lifeguard at the hotel’s main pool.
Omar is truly one of those people who can make your stay more enjoyable just by being around. He is extremely kind, respectful, cheerful, friendly, and warm-hearted. Every morning, he greets the guests with a big smile, jokes around with them, makes them laugh, and creates such a positive atmosphere that you can’t help but start your day with a smile.
What makes Omar really special is that he genuinely cares about people. He doesn’t just check on the guests; he also asks about their children, makes sure everyone is okay, and always takes the time to make people feel comfortable and welcome.
His positive energy really encourages guests to get out of their rooms, join the morning activities, and enjoy their day. You can easily feel that his kindness and friendliness come from the heart, not just because it’s part of his job.

An experience worth repeating
It was a wonderful experience with my friends. The food was varied and delicious, and the beach was clean. A huge thank you to the lifeguard, Mohamed Yousry, for his great kindness and cooperation. He's a very cheerful person and even taught me some Arabic words.He is a wonderful person
