Not a 5 star hotel!!!
This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating.
The property is clearly aging, with dated rooms and low quality amenities that do not reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. Most concerning, we spotted a rat on our very first day.
The food lacked variety, the same dishes were served repeatedly, and the overall quality was mediocre. The beverages were no better—the juices were overly sweet to the point of being undrinkable, and the coffee was among the worst we have had.
Overall our experience fell far short of what we expected from a hotel promoted as a 5-star property, and we left extremely disappointed.

Great hotel
The rest was really good. The hotel is quite compact and comfortable, the food was varied and tasty. I especially wanted to note the cleanliness of the rooms. Abdalla's cleaner did his job flawlessly! I recommend!

PERFECT HOLIDAY!!!
My husband and I visited Egypt for the first time. The process of selecting the hotel was long enough, and in the end, our choice fell to Jaz Belvedere. He made an indelible impression on us from the first few minutes of our stay! Arriving at the hotel at 7 a.m., we checked in immediately without any additional charges. The room turned out to be spotless, with direct sea views. Brushed toothpaste and razor utensils were provided in the room. Robes, slippers were available upon request. I would like to pay special tribute to the staff for their responsiveness and for creating an atmosphere of warmth and home comfort.

As for the food, everything is delicious, and the choice of dishes is quite wide. There are plenty of meat, chicken and fish on offer. Grilled meat, shrimp and crabs are also abundant. The main restaurant always had enough seats for all the customers. Waiters clear tables on time.
The beach at the hotel is excellent, the deckchairs are located at a reasonable distance from each other. Wind protection, entrance to the water is gentle. The sand is clean, and sometimes small corals are found, but this is not inconvenient. We used to bring aquashuses, but we actually used them only once, the rest of the time we went into the water barefoot.
I would like to express my special thanks to manager Olga. We greatly appreciate her patience and responsiveness in preparing for our first trip to Egypt. Olga promptly answered all my many questions). Olechka - heartfelt gratitude♥️!!!
On the day before we left, we signed up for a la carte restaurant, although, frankly, we didn't really want to go there in the first place because the food in the main restaurant was excellent. However, we did decide to visit, and we were in for a pleasant surprise: to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we were congratulated with a cake and a beautifully decorated table.
I want to express my great gratitude to all the hotel staff for our PERFECT holiday, we will definitely be back here!

Overall a good 4+star hotel. My stay was comfortable and safe, it just doesn’t have the 5 star touch like others I have stayed in, that I was expecting. Hotels like Steigenberger Alcazar are proper 5 star hotels. The staff are very friendly, the food was good, the beach and the swimming pools maintained well.
