Wedding

I would like to share our exellent expirence
I was looking for a hassle free stay for a wedding more than 30 rooms, i met ms neven ishak and i can asure you from the first encounter she made me feel at ease without any doubt i put all my trust in her and she has exceeded my expectations everything was dealt professionlly if i could rate the experience more then 5 then i definately would, the reception staff was amazing and a special thank you to mr kamil for his outstanding comitment to deliver an excellent service, we will definatel

Disappointing Cleanliness and Service

I’m staying here with my children, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness. The towels do not look properly washed or fresh, and the room cleaning is not thorough. When housekeeping came to clean, the sheets were not changed and the floor was not properly cleaned or wiped.
The staff are very friendly and good at being welcoming, but unfortunately, the friendliness does not make up for the lack of proper housekeeping. We are also constantly expected to tip whenever someone provides a service, which becomes frustrating when the actual service is not meeting expectations.
I chose a residential hotel because I wanted to relax and enjoy my time with my children without worrying about cleaning. I am a very clean person, and with young children, cleanliness is especially important to me.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the housekeeping standards, especially the towels, floors, sheets, and overall room cleanliness. For the price we are paying, I expected much better.

I would like to thank ms neven ishak for organising our stay , we had a big group 30 rooms ,everything was exeprional everyrhing was beyond my expectation which made our vacation extra speacial and worry free .
Thanks to mr kamel as his service was delightfull .

Superb

The place is nice cozy and refreshing to spend with family. The free evening cocktail was superb, the workers were exceptionally nice and accomdating!
