A wonderful trip to Cairo

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Cairo This hotel offers an excellent stay, from the environment to the service that is satisfying and makes people feel at home. The facilities are quite good, the service is attentive, the surrounding attractions and cuisine are also many, the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located and the surrounding facilities are well equipped for both shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are beautifully furnished and hygienic, creating a sense of home, with every detail flawless. The service staff were warm and the details were very well handled, which made people feel very welcome. The food is of excellent quality and every dish is evocative. Overall, the hotel is great, the environment is elegant, the service is attentive and unforgettable.

big disappointment

Very disappointed with the welcome we received, we waited 30 min standing with our luggage for someone to arrive. The room unpleasant, dark, noisy. The bathroom, without light and what to say about the ceiling showerhead between toilet and sink. We left despite a reservation for 3 nights.

Super cost-effective accommodation

The staff were very nice, service conscious and happy to answer my questions. I wanted to find a swimming instructor, Abdozz to find me, I wanted to find a post office and bookstore, Ahmed to find and recommend me to several of them.
The bed is comfortable and clean, the aunt here cleans every day, the whole is clean, the kitchen utensils must be upgraded, whether for staff or guests, also need to take responsibility for them, those covered in grease kitchen utensils are not good for health, also affect the overall cleanliness of the entire youth brigade.
Overall, it's a great value for money place, close to Nessr Metro Station and easy to travel.

Staff good and Breakfast very very good

Nice place in center of Cairo.
Very good staff Also Karim brother is very humble
Personal very kind, excellent breakfast.
Thanks for everything, I enjoyed a lot my time there.
This hotel is really highly recommended. The front desk staff is very nice, warm and friendly. They will answer any questions you have. It is clean and tidy. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Cairo.

Nice

Very good..Apart from very loud lift alarm , it was a very pleasant stay.. Remember to turn on hot water if you have a private and it's okay to bargain price!..Friendly staff and very good breakfast....A bit noisy but will return.. Considering location a real bargain aty price point
