We were given a tiny room without windows , when we booked we were supposed to be in king size bed and descent room and a good hotel , the bathroom was very very dirty , smelly, stinky more or less stuck to the bed …
The room was with no ventilation , the staff took 10 to 15 minutes to clean the room when we arrived . No choice was given to us for another room . So we were obliged to find another place ( other hotel to stay ) which was more convenient for us .
So we had to spend more money for 7nights in other hotel in the same area .
PS : we send you an invoice of the hotel we stayed in and the pictures of the hotel offered from you guys .
Can we have the refund of the bill we paid .

Yet another room availability problem after reservation

My experience is similar to some previous reviews. I arrive to collect my reservation on Tuesday, they tell me that no rooms are available. Luckily 2 friends were already there, so I slept on a mattress on the floor in their room (after negotiating for 10 minutes). The hotel owner assures me that the room will be ready for Wednesday morning, I returned on Friday from Alexandria. I come across a second receptionist, who in turn tells me that there are no rooms available. An organizational disaster... However I want to say that the receptionists were attentive to the problem and were not responsible for this totally catastrophic organization
