We were very pleased.

The hotel was pleased with the chic cuisine and variety of dishes. Rooms were cleaned every day, everything's shiny. There are always lounge chairs available on the beach. I want to mention Ahmed in particular, the best guide we've ever taken on tours with. Seen all on this website Sphinx -tour.com. After the walk looked at his store "Cleopatra", there is a huge selection of gifts at pleasant prices.

I would not recomend staying here. The bed sheets and floor were stained. A kettle was placed in the room but did not work. Paid extra for a seaview but the room did not have this. Our booking said breakfast was included but it was not. The room was also listed as having a rooftoop pool but this was at a different property.

The room was clean and looked like it was newly renovated. Not sure how the sea view picture was taken or where the pool was though. You can see the sea standing up and a pool in a neighbouring restaurant (Villa Lounge) along with Titos close by you could swim at.

The room we had was very very basic - which we actually didnt mind that much as we werent planning on spending that much time there.
Sadly we didnt see any staff for the entire 10 day we were there, other than when we hu ted them down for clean towels.
The room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay and we had to empty the bins ourselves.
If your looking for a base to stay, wash up and get your head down then thos is for you - if you want any sort of 'hotel' service then you'd be better off somewhere else.
