The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and calm...
All the staff are very attentive...
And it’s not the first time I stayed and not the last...
And the prices are so reasonable...

Awful hotel

Do not stay at this hotel. Location where hotel is situated is awful, there are no places to eat near by apart from the Chinese restaurant, its is all residential on a very busy main road. The hotel its self is down a side path, located on the 2nd floor next to another hotel. This hotel is not a 5* but more like a 1* Please do not believe the other reviews and do not stay here you will regret it, pay a bit more and get yourself a nicer hotel.

Stay somewhere else!

An absolutely awful hotel. This is in no way a five star hotel as some places have reviewed it as. It's in a building with other hotels in a horrible area. Two flights of stairs to reach the hotel or a lift. If you take the stairs you walk on debris, dust and dirt with crumbling plaster work and bricks. It is awful. The room itself is quite large with a view of the pyramids. No hangers in wardrobe, no hairdryer or safe- all things they say are in the room. The sheets are of poor quality and bubbly, faded and dirty looking as are the towels.Breakfast is on the roof top and very basic, not like shown in photos. When you ask for a second cup of coffee you have to pay extra. The staff are pleasant. There is no restaurant and a rooftop area with ugly furniture that you would not want to spend there. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the front desk permeating into the bedroom as well as from the street below.It is a very basic budget hotel but you won't get any sleep as it's on a very busy and noisy main road. There is no luxury here. It's about 25 minutes in an Uber to the pyramids, not walkable at all. We stayed one night and then moved to a different hotel. Do not be fooled by the reviews, they are nothing like their descriptions. There are many other hotels available . Pay the extra money and get a better holiday.

Very bad attitude to customer s

Things has been robbed my wife top my bracelets and my mums scarf and sketchers shoes plus loads of money and 400 cigarettes and never going back to that bad hotel again plus that was me and my wife honey moon mahmoud the night staff and fatma should be sacked from there not Allah punish them

Great hotel and clean place

The reception staff are great, the hotel is quiet, the room is clean and smells nice, the hotel is close to the pyramids, breakfast is on the rooftop which has a beautiful view of the pyramids and the view is wonderful with the breakfast and daily cleaning, and the staff were like friends to us and helped us with everything and made us not need anything from outside
