Love it
Once again, we had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Corniche hotel, and once again the services were impeccable. The food was excellent.the rooms are amazing.
I cannot express my opinion about this Hotel without mentioning the people that makes my day really enjoyable in particular from the people that clean my room Dawlat, Dining room from Help from Mayar Lamia and Hamido
That smile, the service and dedication to help the clients are what makes this hotel really unique

Beautiful hotel with excellent and caring staff. Very well kept and comfortable rooms and nice shuttle to private area of beach. Would definitely come again

Disappointing
This was not a 5 star hotel
from my experience of travel
Reception staff were very curt
Other staff members were friendly
Hotel needs a revamp
Rooms are old and dated
Room was very small
Although we are diamond members
the room given to us was pretty basic
Bathroom amenities non existent only shampoo shower gel and conditioner
Room tv had no world cup matches
One could only watch it in the dining areas or outside across the street st the beach
Food was good and staff at buffet restaurant were very friendly
Pool area very small
Private beach across the road
Was good
Hotel organized a transfer to Cairo
Car was small for the amount we paid
Rather Uber

Mixed experience at Hilton Alexandria Corniche
Great location on the Corniche with lovely Mediterranean views, and the staff are friendly and helpful within their limits. The hotel also has a very nice private beach that I genuinely recommend, a real highlight of the stay. But the visit was let down on several fronts.
At check-in we found hair in the shower and clogged in the drain, not acceptable for a Hilton. When I showed staff the evidence, the response was just an apology, with no real follow-up or service recovery.
The surrounding area is older and very busy, so expect noticeable traffic noise and dust. I also had to ask several times to arrange a two-hour late check-out, something that should be simple and not require repeated requests.
To management: a great location, friendly staff, and a lovely beach only go so far. Consistent cleanliness and smoother handling of basic guest requests are what set a real Hilton apart. The bones of a good hotel are here, but the execution needs work. I'd only return if these issues were addressed.
