Fantastic.

There's no finger to put on this hotel. Everything is as it should be, and a fantastic location in a completely quiet environment, where there are only 5-7 minutes walk to the canals, as well as the many good restaurants in the city. You can also eat at the hotel restaurant.
The pedestrian streets are also really welcoming and there is so clean and nice in the city.

The best location

We stayed 3 adults in a suite overlooking the Gudenåen and cafes along the river.
The beds and dynes/ pillows were great to sleep in. The room and the hotel itself seem very well-maintained and are within walking distance of the entire city centre and the small harbour, where Hjejlen and the other hiking boats also stay. We parked in the nearby car park without charge, also within walking distance to the hotel.
It is definitely a hotel we will choose the next time we visit Silkeborg.

Friendly staff and good location. Only minus was the breakfast buffet got overcrowded and ran out of several food items.

That one of the two rooms we had you could hear when people went to the bathroom every time

That you could hear people go to the toilet until 1am at night and then start again at 6am in the morning where you could hear it pulled out

The hotel delivers what it promises.

The hotel delivers what it promises. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit the greater area of Silkeborg again. The staff was exceptional.
