2day good experience
Cosy inn, with soul, 2 day stay, everything was perfect, both days, good food, super service of the staff, we will be happy to come back

Cancellation
Watch the reception at Nilles' inn. Has now for the third time received email about cancellation of stay - no refund. They seem to lack an overview! Or is the economy cracking so much that my $1418 makes any difference? The size of the amount means that it is too expensive with legal assistance. Maybe the inn is looming on it. Failure to repay is in my and others' view to be considered as theft - so be careful - and continue good summer just not at Nilles' inn. Previously had a good stay at the hotel.

Poor food and expulsion
We were 6 guys who 1st Thursday of the month get fried pork at different inns. Today it was Nil's turn. We call and book it should be said that we order over the phone we will have a lactose-free parsley sauce. And this could easily be done. When we arrive we do not get the sauce and when it was asked for it could not be done. Their pigs were cool. The sauce tasted butter beets were too thick and cool. As well as potatoes were overcooked. All in all bad food... when we are done eating and want to pay, we complain about there could not come sauce and therefore ask for a compensation. This could not be done. And as we go further, we get threatened with a lawyer. This resulted in us gladly paid but were removed from the inn....

Det er alligevel imponerende, hvor meget energi du vælger at bruge på denne sag – især når tallerkenerne blev spist op, og meldingen til vores køkkenchef på aftenen var, at maden var udmærket.
Vi serverer stegt flæsk hver uge og har gjort det i mere end 10 år, så vi kender både retten og vores gæsters forventninger ganske godt. Derfor undrer det os også, at både flæsk, sovs, kartofler og rødbeder pludselig fejler alt muligt efterfølgende, når det ikke var det, der blev givet udtryk for under middagen.
Det er korrekt, at den klassiske persillesovs ikke laves laktosefri. Derfor blev der også serveret et alternativ, som blev accepteret ved bordet. Efterfølgende blev der forsøgt opnået kompensation og fritagelse for betaling, hvilket vi naturligvis ikke kunne imødekomme, da I havde fået og spist det bestilte.
Når en dialog udvikler sig på den måde, forbeholder vi os retten til at afslutte den og bede gæster forlade stedet efter betaling.
Vi ønsker jer held og lykke med næste omgang stegt flæsk et andet sted.

A disappointing experience.
I had booked the stay without problems via Booking.com.
The dinner the first night was disappointing. The main dish was supposed to be a blown tip. But the chef had tried with very simple means to pep the dish up, but in vain. Everything was served in a deep plate, so it was difficult to find a head or tail in the dish.
The first night there were four Dutch trucks with flowers in front of our windows. Each of the trucks had refrigerators running on shifts all night long. The last truck left the inn's parking lot at 6:00. There was no staff at the inn, and their phone went the respondent. So not much sleep the first night.
A little tired and groggy, we looked forward to breakfast. But the breakfast continued where the dinner from the day before had left. All the accessories were pre-cut and mounted in small jelly pots as we saw under the corona. But the cut Danbo cheese was tired and smelled sour (Read: not fresh). The soft-cooked eggs were cold, the round pieces were cool and the rye bread dry.
The dinner on the second day was another confirmation that Nilles’ kitchen has no love for the food they serve to their guests.
At 7:00 p.m. on the second day, the first flower car arrived from Holland, with the car's refrigerator constantly running. It became another long night, without too much sleep due to the noisy parked trucks.
We'll never be here again.
