Located in Otterup, First Camp Hasmark Strand Fyn is near the beach. Danish Railway Museum and ODEON are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Lion's Den and friluftsbadet. Odense Zoo and Frydenlund are also worth visiting. Explore all the area has to offer with hiking/biking trails and cycling. While you're here, you can enjoy all the comforts of home and more, including an oven and a stovetop, as well as free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Other amenities include laundry facilities, an electric kettle, kitchenware and utensils, and a picnic area. The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. Very dirty and worn.
Very dirty, worn and boring activities. For example, you can stay in line for a long time to give the maskot a hug....
It has now probably been a nice place for 5-10 years ago, but it has not been kept.
Additionally, when we arrived there was just cut torch neck, and not cleaned up properly. We had to pray for it to be done, and even then we were out and tearing after ourselves so as not to step up in our feet.
May I admit that I regret we did not book Sandager nose camping, so was the first entry.
It has now probably been a nice place for 5-10 years ago, but it has not been kept.

Very nice campsite in pleasant surroundings, but the cabins are in need of a thorough renovation.
A very pleasant site with lots of activities and very close to the beach.
But the cabin we stayed in was extremely run down and in dire need of a thorough renovation !!! The living area and kitchen was cozy.
Problems with the sewer, windows when opened falling out, lamp hung over seat rather than over the dining table and in the middle of the window, which meant that only a small child could sit there . No light in the fridge, which by the way hadn’t been cleaned, long black hairs in the bathroom upon arrival (we all have blonde hair), the WiFi was really bad, just imagine what it’ll be like in the hight of season .
The person who picked the furniture for the bedrooms must have been, in my opinion, high on drugs or on a high commission from the furniture company. The beds are way too big and clumsy for the very small rooms, they belong in a grand hotel room not in a small chalet and whoever puts a shelf on the wall so there’s every chance that you are bound to wake up every time you bang your arm or head on it during the night .
Also the layout of the bathroom is a joke, they have mounted a giant toilet-roll holder on the wall so it makes it a very tight space for a normal person to sit on the toilet, the sink was low enough for a preschool kid to use and looked like something out of space, the floor in the shower was very slippery when wet, could easily have been fixed with a shower mat but we had to use a towel to enable us to use the shower safely.
The receptionist upon check out was very helpful and friendly. Probably a good place to stay in your own caravan/mobil home, but the chalets/cabins really need to have a complete overhaul.
And maybe, when you put small objects in to create a nice cozy feel, you should remove the price tags

Worst camping experience to date
In the autumn vacation, we drove from North Jutland, as we had read about the fine campsite, it was not much that matched the pictures we saw, had the feeling that all staff had a holiday in that week. Everything was just so dirty, both toilets, water park, playrooms and kitchen facilities and everything was just so worn and misguided. We had not booked a specific place as we did not know the place, and were placed in the middle of a fixing road in the furthest corner, far from playgrounds and toilet. Mr. We had already the first day had the visit of pests that walked in our fortelt, who ate a package of bols. We were therefore very careful when packing things away, and yet we got two holes in our camper cabinet, with unopened chip bags.
Mom had to search everything, ask for program etc.
The lowest kiosk, and everything closed at 6:00.
The bistro was also a embarrassing bad experience, and we will never come again!

Poorly kept and very dirty facilities.
We have for several years visited Hasmark beach camping for a family gathering. (32 people) I have previously given very good reviews, including for kitchen and common facilities and where I have praised the good and welcoming staff at the reception. I will still do that. We got a good and friendly welcome.
Unfortunately the place is really poorly kept. The toilets and bath facilities are really dirty - only necessary cleaning is done and molds thrive at best, several toilets were stopped and some were drained, half of the bathrooms were unlocked, even though there were many campers on the square.
It is a pity to ruin an otherwise beautifully located space in this way.
Unfortunately we have to find another campsite for next year.

Last time Firstcamp
We ended our stay at First Camp Hasmark Strand early, although we originally wanted to stay longer. It was unbearable for us and we have already visited many campsites. It doesn't always have to be new, but well-groomed would be nice. The campsite was certainly a great destination many years ago, but the past few years seem to have seen no more money invested here.
From our point of view, unfortunately, the space does not correspond to the impression the website gives. Also the pictures online on the website, must be many years old, because the way the place is advertised online, so it definitely does not look there anymore! During our stay, large parts of the facility seemed unkempt – for example, due to dirt, weeds and defective facilities and mold in the sanitary facilities and in the swimming pool. The sanitary facilities were in a partially unsanitary and damaged condition in our perception. Especially in the pool area (which was one of the main reasons for our booking) we noticed pollution and decay. For families with small children, we consider the condition of some play and bathing facilities (e.g. broken slides, rusted metal parts) to be even really dangerous. In the playground, the plastic slides simply had holes in the glass fiber plastic, and the middle of the children's slide area.
The outdoor swimming pool, on the other hand, the indoor swimming pool is a spa oasis inside, is simply run-down. The loungers are weathered, the stones or what else you can see of them would urgently need to be cleaned and partly the stones sink so that nasty edges are created for people who run barefoot in the outdoor pool. From the fence the white paint peels briskly...
During our entire stay – apart from a wheel loader driver – few staff were visible to take care of cleaning or maintenance. This did not meet our expectations for a family-friendly campsite.
Unfortunately, the wheel loader drove every day and has meagrely repaired the gravel path with his shovel with a crazy noise. We didn't let our children ride their bikes alone, just for this reason !
We then tried to contact the operator FirstCamp several times – via email, Instagram and even LinkedIn. Unfortunately, we did not receive any feedback. Even the management referred to LinkedIn only to a general complaint form on the website – but this could not technically be sent because an error message appeared on every attempt.
Too bad that there is no response to constructive criticism. From our point of view, there is significant room for improvement – both in terms of maintaining the pitch and in terms of communicating with guests.
The positive thing is the beautiful beach, but it is not part of the camp, it is just there..
Incidentally, the place was not cheap either. Just under 680€ for 7 nights... 2 nights we endured, we had to pay for all 7....
We will definitely not come back!
