Pobyt: lip 2026

The room was lovely and spacious, light, very clean and had a great view. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were modern and pleasant. The bed was big and very comfortable. We also visited the Roof Top bar which had amazing views and delicious drinks. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we return to the city.

Poor price-performance ratio.

Absolutely not recommended for families. We booked 2 rooms for approx. 500 euros per night. We received rooms with 15 square meters, without natural light, the view is of the inner courtyard, you are completely exposed.

Family friendly with a cool vibe

Nice hotel very central in CPH (10 min walk from Tivoli). Kids friendly, with a separate kids buffet area downstairs from the main breakfast area at breakfast. Also had a completely separated allergen friendly area in the breakfast hall, which was great for a young family member who’s celiac. Room was comfortable. We also tried the hotel restaurant one of the evenings. Though some misinformation about what gluten free food they could prepare, they were quick to resolve and very attentive. Recommend.

Avoid this hotel like plague

First and foremost the front office staff is very mean, arrogant and not helpful!.
They act entitled and behave as if we guests are favoring them to stay.
Personally I was badly treated by a short- middle aged lady with glasses and another guy with black beard.
2. The rooms are very small, small like cheap hostels in European countries.
I could even walk around.
3.their wifi bucks, literally..
4. They are not responsive via phone or emails.
5. I was having early morning flight so had asked for packing my breakfast, when I came to collect the guy in reception was not even aware, though I had asked them to note it down against my name, this guy in the reception, went inside came back with 2 apples and one peach ! He was so much rama when I asked i need something like bread ..I think he was Spanish speaking or Portuguese one, he could even understand English. I had my taxi waiting and was about to cancel my taxi booking. Even though I had requested them for packing breakfast 24 hours before, they never cared!

Fantastic experience.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is welcoming, clean, and well-maintained in every detail. The room was spacious, comfortable, and always perfectly tidy.
A special thanks goes to all the staff, who proved to be extremely kind, helpful, and professional, making me feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, quality products.
The hotel's location is very convenient and allows you to easily reach the main attractions in the area. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and excellent service. We will definitely be back!
