There is noise either from a main road on one side or from a train track on the other side. There is noise from the elevators inside the hotel.

Bad experience at the restaurant

I would unfortunately not recommend eating at this restaurant.
Already when we entered the reception, we noticed a piece of fabric in the ceiling, which was completely black and looked like something had dropped down on it. It gave a very unhygienic first-hand impression.
We were five people away and the experience was generally disappointing. Several items on the menu did not come with the food, and we had to ask for them ourselves. Eventually we actually gave up asking for the missing things or charging the food, as the waiters seemed very pressured. At the same time we could see that several dishes from other tables were carried back to the kitchen.
The starshot was some of the weirdest thing I've ever been served. The pasta was also not successful, as the sauce was broken and the steak was not prepared properly
Overall, the food and experience did not live up to our expectations. If I ordered something from there again, it would probably just be the pomfrites.

Family vacation in Copenhagen

We checked in July 2026 , we understand the scandanvian countries don’t typically have air condition. It was in the 90s at check in. The front desk night clerk tried to show a pleasant outward face but thinks he’s better and smarter than Americans. We upgraded to a ac room which also did not work so the next night we were on our third room where the ac worked but the fridge and safe did not. This was an upgrade to their best suited in the hotel. Fridge didn’t work in two of the suites and neither did the safes. The evening night clerk was overwhelmed working by himself in such a large place. The maintenance staff was excellent did everything they could for us. The manager Mike was good as well. Hotel is far away from the city so we paid less but then had to uber and metro everywhere so costs came out to be the same. Basically nice hotel staff is 50/50, price is good, I would upgrade rooms to suites if you can.

Nice, but noisy week

Superior room on the top floor. Be careful if you get room about 548, 550 and so on if the weather is windy, 10m/s and even more, there is terrible noise because on the hotel roof there is some metal pipe that rattles so you can not sleep.
Otherwise it is pretty quiet and nice place if your room is on the sea side. Very good place if you can use ear plugs. Beds are comfy . Staff is very friendly and cheerful.
