A pearl

Five stars out of five. The staff of Alma and an Argentine woman were some of the most welcoming I have long met. Simply so pleasant. It was more than just a job they had. They really made sure we were well. I was even allowed to change rooms when we arrived because I got a little dizzy by their wallpaper. No reason and of course I had to. Really a relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. Charm, delicious art, delicious food, delicious products.

Staff was nice, cleanliness is good. When booking, keep in mind the place has no elevator and the bathrooms are shared.

Bed ok, shared toilet bad plugs and hold classic hotel, nothing wrong but not amazing. Friendly staff though and clean!

The hotel is super nice!!! Cozy very well decorated. The products the use as shampoo and soap are wonderful!!! They have the most delicious tea for guests and Christian Was super friendly and helpful!!!

Utterly Charming

We booked this hotel as a base from which to explore Copenhagen for an anniversary weekend getaway. Our aim was relaxation, Christmas markets and blatant tourism so needed only a comfortable bed, the option of a nice breakfast and easy access to the city. We absolutely got this. If you want all of life's modern conveniences, this is not the hotel for you. They have really good WiFi but the bathrooms are not en suite, the only TV is in the living room and there is no kettle, iron or hairdryer in the bedroom. Basically, this is not a faceless corporate chain and that makes it all the more charming. What you do get is first class customer service where every member of staff clearly and obviously cares about the guest experience. Continental breakfast is made to order and is a great way to start the day. We would love to stay here again.
