We loved CPH Studio Hotel and had a lovely stay here. The hotel is really well situated close to the Oresund metro line stop (the M2 line which goes between the airport and links to Kongens Nytov which is close to the city centre), so getting there on arrival was cheap and simple and going out for the day was also easy). It is also close to the beach and shops. We had a superior room with a balcony which was lovely as there was space to sit out and we could just see the sea from it. Staff were helpful and friendly and there was 24 hour access which was great (we went to Copenhagen for a music festival so had some late nights). We would definitely recommend this hotel as a fabulous place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to both the metro into the city and the airport.
Overall, I had a nice stay, but the staff experience let it down. The men working in the restaurant/kitchen all seemed quite unhappy and gave the impression that the guests were an inconvenience rather than welcome.
I ordered the mushroom pasta, but it was served with chicken, even though the menu did not mention that the dish contained meat? When I pointed this out, instead of being understanding or apologetic, the staff member became defensive and tried to argue that it was my mistake. It made for a very uncomfortable experience and left a negative impression.
I hope the customer service in the restaurant improves.

This property has some great rooms and some terrible rooms. If you’re on the end closer to the beach, it’s quiet and has nice views. If you’re on the end closer to the metro, you have a kids park and you can hear the train. Very mixed experience between the multiple nights I have stayed here

Quiet, spacious studio aparthotel

We don't understand the low reviews re: small size unit. Our studio apartment was spacious with living room area and well-equipped kitchenette. This location is a metro ride from city center (at least 3 stops) but the metro is easy and frequent. The beach/markets/few eateries are a 5 minute walk away. It's in a residential area and we enjoyed the quiet.

Convenient and functional

We stayed as a couple in this comfortable and welcoming hotel; it is just a few metro stops from the airport and the center of Copenhagen. The availability of the kitchenette was excellent. The room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but we were able to observe the good quality and quantity of the breakfast offerings. The staff was kind and helpful.
