Fantastic apartment in central Prague
Had a lovely 2 days in this apartment. The metro is right outside - take the elevator up and entrance was next door to C&A so this meant from airport to apartment 40minute easy commute on the119 bus and then the A metro - download the app and buy your tickets on there - so easy!!
Check in was quick and easy -please note reception only available 9am-9pm
We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with terrace executive suite.
It was all immaculately clean. Good size lounge, diner and kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, big fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The terrace was a big bonus as it had a lovely view of Prague castle.
Would definitely stay again when next in Prague and highly recommend it as an alternative to a hotel

Worst interaction even before the visit during tough times
Even before our stay, the interaction with this hotel has been very negative. We couldn’t leave our country due to COVID-19 in Jun’20 and asked for the 4-nights stay cancellation but was rejected and forced to only postpone it. As a result we moved to Dec’20 but could only stay 3-nights. We accepted the shorter nights even when Hotel didn’t offer any cost change. Then in Oct’20 unfortunately again we cannot leave the country so postponed till Jun’21. This time we can change back to 4 nights but hotel is asking for €100 extra. What is the rationale to that when we had no price change even staying a shorter night but have to pay extra to go back to the original arrangement!? Utterly appalling act and theft during a tough time for all and not being flexibly nor customer friendly. Never recommend to anyone! Find another hotel that will not unashamedly extort tourists even though we are trying to support the Czech tourism industry.

central location
we stayed two nights in the one bedroom apartment. It's quite easy to locate the building which the service apartment is located. The metro is right outside, but we did not take the metro throughout our stay as the apartment is very centrally located. We practically walked to everywhere. the old town is about 5 to 10 minutes walk away where the astronomical clock is. just outside the building is the Christmas market. If not, walk to the old town for the largest Christmas market in Prague.
the room is spacious, clean and modern. there is a reception but the reception is not 24-hr as it is not a hotel. we had some issue with the heater (which did not seem to heat up at all) during the winter season! but it was quickly resolved. go up to the 7th floor for an amazing view of the wencelas square

A wonderful surprise
This was a small studio apartment in a modern building with lifts, right on Wenceslas Square. It’s self contained, large with a fully equipped kitchen and immaculately clean. We didn’t cook as only stayed 2 nights, but there were several families. Breakfast was next door, no worries. We walked everywhere as it’s all so close.

Great location and appartment
We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment with people. (2 on the sofa)
The room was big, clean and modern.
The kitchen is decked out with an oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge.
We walked from the main train station
It only took 15 mins hailing luggage. There is also a metro station close by.
It’s a 5 min walk to old town square.
Just a note it is easy to walk past as reception is on level six on what is a small office block. Look for a diamond on the window.
It is also great value for money, we will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Prague
