Good, very quiet in the rooms, a bit old but well-maintained, good value for money in the center of Prague, and the breakfast has everything: fruit, eggs, pastries, etc...

The breakfast was excellent.
The location and breakfast are excellent, the middle-aged gentleman who checked me in was friendly and cheerful, and our conversation became even warmer when he saw that I was Turkish.
I had chosen a room with a balcony. I was very pleased and I recommend it.

Perfect
I do not understand the negative reviews. Certainly there are construction works in front of the hotel that are not pretty and the entrance hall is tiny, but that does not change its great geographical location. Our room was spacious, even with some wasted space, with separate toilets that could have accommodated a shower. The staff is very kind, especially during breakfast, with quite a few choices.

Not very pleasant.
The stay in this hotel was not very satisfactory. Upon arriving at the hotel, immediate payment of the balance in local currency was requested. Instead of requesting the amount for the Booking reservation of 816.00 E. (corresponding to the official exchange rate of the day at 1E - 24.26, thus equal to 19,788 CZK), a payment of 20,933 CZK was requested, equivalent to 849 E at the exchange rate of 1E - 25.65. In response to my complaints, the hotel justified that it had correctly applied the exchange rate. I do not agree with the response given by the Ramada hotel, as the exchange rate of the currency is not arbitrarily set by the hotel because the exchange rate is determined by the banks. The official rate of 24.26 per euro was instead applied at 25.65. I therefore understand the reason for the request to settle exclusively in local currency despite the price in euros indicated by Booking during the reservation. Booking, which I contacted, found no errors.
Furthermore, at 1:30 PM on the second day, they knocked to restore the room while we were in bed resting, then postponed to 3:30 PM at my request. They told me at the reception that room cleaning is done from 2:00 PM onwards! I later asked the reception to clean the next day in the morning hours: they showed up at 7:45 AM!

Disappointed
I'll start with the location, it's close to the train station, in the pedestrian zone of Wenceslas Square, an area full of shops, terraces, supermarkets, near the Prague Museum, but during this period there is a construction site right in front of the hotel because there is work on the street and it spoils the whole view.
The room is quite small and with old furniture, it has a very large hallway and the room is cramped, the cleanliness is superficial.
The reservation was for a room with a double bed and we got a room with two beds pushed together.
I think the windows haven't been cleaned for a while, the carpet is a bit dirty.
No bathrobe, slippers, no minibar, nothing, just a kettle and tea and coffee bags.
The bathroom is large but modest, just a shower gel and toilet paper.
The breakfast is not so great, the same every day, could be better, considering the brand of the hotel.
The worst part was at the reception, when the receptionist couldn't check in 2 rooms of 2 people each, he put in the wrong names and one person for each. I told him there were two of us, then he did it separately for each person, and I had to pay for each person separately, with a big commission, very disappointing.
