All in one: nice

It‘s a nice and modern apartement. The firnishing was okay. Some plates and cups were dirty.
I think some more and new things would be good, like some salt and pepper, baking paper and cleaning supplies.
Maybe you guys could distribute some flyers and information for the busses and trams, so the guests knew where they can buy a ticket for these.

They charged us for using minibar even if we did not take anything from there

I have a bad experience with this accommodation. Everything was just fine until we left the apartment. Afterwards, they charged us for using minibar even if we did not take anything from there. When we contanted them they swore to give the money back. It has been a month right now and nothing happened. They do not even answer my phone calls anymore. You should keep away from this accommodation!

Corona-Stornierung

Finger weg. Aufgrund von Corona durften wir im Mai nicht einreisen. Unterkunft mehrfach kontaktiert. Keine Reaktion. Betrag inkl. Reinigung und Tourismusabgabe wurden einfach ohne Info der Visakarte belastet. Booking und Visa helfen nicht.... Nicht buchen. Kein Service.

Ladri

Prima di lasciare l'albero abbiamo domandato alla ragazza alla reception come pagare i prodotti consumati nel frigo bar. Questa ci ha detto di lasciarli in contanti sopra al frigorifero.
Al nostro ritorno in Italia ci arriva una mail dove il titolare della struttura ci informa che avrebbe prelevato la somma dal conto con il quale ho pagato la stanza. Nonostante la mia risposta dove lo invitavo a non farlo perché avevo già provveduto al pagamento in contanti, ha comunque preso la somma dal conto e non si è mai curato di rispondere alla mia risposta.
State alla larga da questi ladri.

2018 yılı Ağustos ayında 3 gece konakladık. 4 kişilik bir ailenin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği büyüklükte. 1 oda 1 tuvalet 1 banyo ve açık mutfak salon diyebileceğiniz büyüklükte. Elektrikli ocak ve mikrodalga fırın mevcut. Küçük buzdolabında su, bira, kola var ve uygun fiyatlı. Yalnız aparta ulaşacağınız saati bildirmeniz gerekiyor. Çünkü 24 saat açık bir resepsiyon yok. Odanın temizliği mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar İngilizce biliyor ve oldukça yardımseverler. Apart tramvay durağına ve nehir kenarına çok yakın. Yürüyerek bir çok yeri gezebilirsiniz. Asla pişman olmazsınız.
