Nice accommodation, very central. The only issue I had was the room door couldn’t be locked from the inside, so didn’t feel particularly safe as a solo female traveller

Very nice, clean, and centrally located, with fast and friendly communication. We are very pleased and would love to come back.

We arrived at a room that was 30 degrees hot, on the hottest day of the year. The aircondition didn’t work, and after several tries of troubleshooting, closing windows, etc. we called for help at the central number. Here we were told that no technician was available, and that we should fix it ourself, despite having done all the recommended troubleshooting.
We were there for one night, and the heat was too much, so we left the room after an hour and had to book another room.
To make things worse, the guy we called made it pretty obvious that we shouldn’t expect a refund.
Disappointing experience, and even more disappointing to not have been contacted since the call last night.
The apartment was beautiful, the service non existent.

The was amazing!!!! The room was gorgeous and excellent location. The building itself was amazing! Would highly recommend!
