Nothing special
But clean and quiet, staff friendly and helpful
Breakfast average, breakfast coffee the worst I had in my life, absolute disaster
Would not even call it coffee
Overall experience was good
A little expensive for the value you get but you are in Prague
I would not call it 4 star hotel, more like 3 and 1/2

A Wonderful Anniversary Stay at the Belvedere Hotel Prague ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had such a fantastic stay at the Belvedere Hotel Prague and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome, and the hotel was comfortable, clean and perfectly located. With a tram stop right outside, getting around Prague couldn’t have been easier.
A very special mention must go to Michal, who was absolutely lovely. He kindly arranged an upgrade for us to the Executive Floor, which made our anniversary stay even more special. Michal was so friendly, helpful and genuinely caring — he is an absolute credit to the hotel and a real asset to the team.
We’d also like to give a big thank you to the two lovely ladies on reception, who went above and beyond for us. They booked a table for us and took the time to write down directions, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated.
Our room was lovely and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, which was especially welcome after warm days exploring Prague. Having both a bath and shower was another great bonus.
We were also delighted with the little extras. The complimentary afternoon snack each day was a lovely touch, and as we were celebrating our anniversary, coming back to our room to find a bottle of bubbly beautifully presented on ice was such a wonderful surprise. It really made us feel special and added something extra to our stay. ❤️
Another special thank you to our daily room maid, who was always so friendly and lovely. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day and always looked fresh and welcoming when we returned.
Breakfast was another highlight, with a fantastic choice of both hot and cold food and plenty of options to suit everyone. It was a great way to start each day.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The comfortable rooms, fantastic air conditioning, lovely facilities, excellent breakfast, thoughtful extras and brilliant location all made for a wonderful experience — but it was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff that really stood out.
A huge thank you to Michal and the whole Belvedere team for helping make our anniversary in Prague so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return without hesitation! ❤️
