Great location would recommend

The hotel is a bit dated, the room was small but comfortable, very good breakfast with lots of choice. The top is the location, close to the center, attached to the metro and tram, excellent starting point x get around the city

I'll never come back

Three star hotel quite disappointing. The facilities are outdated and the carpeted rooms are unhygienic, with a rather evident smell of dirt that is also perceived in public areas. In addition, there is a clear lack of control, as some guests smoke in areas where they should not smoke without taking action from reception.
Breakfast leaves much to be desired: it is simple, scarce and of low quality. The fruit was practically non-existent; there was only apple already cut and orange in slices, both with signs of oxidation, which gives an image of leavenness and little attention to detail.
But the worst thing, no doubt, was the treatment at reception. The older gentleman with white hair who attended us showed a very unprofessional attitude from the first moment: dry, uncooperative and with a chuleco tone, as if attending to guests was a nuisance. The welcome was practically non-existent.
Especially frustrating was the language issue. I tried to communicate in Czech using a translation application and also in Russian, as it is a fairly common language in Prague, but there was no willingness on his part to adapt, insisting only on speaking in English. This total lack of flexibility and willingness to facilitate something as basic as communication made the check-in process uncomfortable and tense.
As the only point in their favor, and to be fair, the same receptionist allowed us to check in before the set time, something that I do appreciate.
Overall, the feeling was of lack of empathy and very little interest for the client. As the only additional positive, I would highlight the location.
I do not recommend it at all.

A disgusting, filthy sham of a hotel

I have no words for this filthy cesspit posing as a hotel...
But let me try:
1. The photos are deliberate fraud - pure photoshop garbage meant to lure in its victims. Every single receptionist is snarling, incompetent and rude. The one even admitted the booking.com pictures are FAKE. Never met such vile people in my life.
2. Step inside and you’re hit with filth on an industrial scale - a grimy carpet that reeks of neglect, a bed so hard it feels like a torture device, torn, rag‑like bath towels, a BROKEN shower head that sputters rust, a soap dispenser that does not work, and a roof that slants so low you’ll be banging your head every few steps.
3. Breakfast is a cruel parody - a single piece of fruit and no tables to sit at.
4. The hotel sits right next to a police station - so sirens scream nonstop.
5. No Wi‑Fi.
6. When you beg for an extra blanket you are told no.. This says it al.
This abomination should come with a mandatory warning label.
Do yourself a favor: run, don’t walk, away from this disgraceful dump.

BAD, TO BE ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED

Trip organized by the school with choice of 3* hotels as in Italy such a hotel has the hygiene and health conditions to accommodate a school, but apparently this is not always the case even if it should be the minimum to be rated three stars.
As soon as we arrived we were told that "by mistake" not all rooms were cleaned so some girls had to wait further for the delivery of the latter. The room was very cold, dirty sheets full of hair (they looked like pubic hair) and long hair under the sheets and mattress covers. Very dirty carpets, they are not at all against carpets, but if you decide to keep the tradition and put them in the rooms you also have to keep them very clean as it attracts mites and many people are allergic. Some of my companions found cockroaches in the bed (inquiring we discovered that they form mainly on and behind furniture not cleaned for some time). They took the picture to show it at reception, but we were told it was a picture taken from the internet, shameful!!
The bathroom door could not be closed as it was defective as well as the shower.
Bathroom full of dust especially on radiators where you could usually place towels.
One morning the tag was left on the door to request that the room be cleaned, but was turned over by the other "refusing" the request.
Everyone at reception was very grumpy, except for a man in his 50s. No checks even at night to at least figure out who comes in and out of the hotel at those late hours.
Our room was exposed on the main street and we heard constant screams and sirens disturbing us all night.
Absolutely bad experience and not to be repeated. The only nice thing was the city and its architecture.
