Lovely place to stay. No air conditioning in July only setback. Staff at sister hotel where had breakfast very helpful and friendly

Fantastic value and location!

We did a couples weekend in Prague and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. We booked this trip via the Mystery Holiday on Wowcher so we were prepared for a bit of a dive in total honesty but the apartment was beautiful with all the amenities - large comfortable bed, huge smart TV, kitchenette and big bathroom with a rainfall shower! The apartment was very clean and well located, just a short walk into the square. Located on a high street the apartments are surrounded by high street shops as well as grocers, bakeries, coffee shops etc. I would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Prague.

This hotel is extremely convenient, with a tram stop right outside the building. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it is also very close to major attractions.
Both check-in and check-out were straightforward and smooth. The environment was pleasant, the location was excellent, and the room was well equipped. It included full kitchen facilities and utensils, which made the stay very comfortable.
The only small area for improvement would be if the television supported phone mirroring, which would have made the stay perfect.

I couldn’t even get in, so I had to book another hotel. They are unresponsive as well. I would like to request a refund.
