Friendly staff
Hotel is located in nice place just in the centre of Kasperske Hory in opposite of church. Hotel staff is very friendly and will to help you. For breakfast you can choose from wide range of food (yoghurts, donuts, sausages, scrambled eggs, fruits...) - it can be real starter formyour day. We have there also two dinners. Both of them were really tasty and big portion. We have an option to choose from two meals - so it´s not a real restaurant in this hotel. Room was clean equiped with three full beds and small kitchen. Kitchen was really surprising me - I can't imagine to cook anything in that such a small room (15m2) - so the free space in room was reduced by the unusable kitchen. Bathroom was fine, the only annoying thing is boiler hanged up on the wall. So, it's a nice hotel in nice place and I can recommend it if you don't expect a real 4stars hotel. It's more guesthouse then hotel.

Average hotel
We were here for 2 nights, rooms are clean and spacy. Hotel is better for families with little childern. Meals are poor with no fantasy same as in kindergarden. The staff is very kindly and helpful. Town and local area is romantic and offers plenty of fun.

Perfect hotel for families
This year my wife and I decided to go to a ski resort in the Czech Republic so my daughter can learn skiing. Aparthotel Sumava 2000 is really a great place to stay.
Parking: you can park your car outside the hotel for free. It is a very safe area.
Staff: Very helpful and friendly
Breakfast: Very good
Rooms: The room are big, modern, comfortable with all modern equipment: flat screen tv, dvd player, wide range of DVD and book, modern bathroom, comfortable beds. Perfect. One can tell it s been recently refurbished as it looks very nice. It also has a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, safe, and is cleaned everyday. Also it is important to note that the wifi is free and works EVERYWHERE in the hotel with a strong signal, which is really enjoyable! If you don t have a WIFI device you can use the internet cafe downstairs.
Area: The hotel is located in the very center of Kasperske Hory. A few walks away from the hotel you will find 5 or 6 restaurants. We tested most of them and were very happy with the food. Next door is moto museum and Sumava area museum. We did not have a chance to visit them but both looked nice.
Every morning, a bus was booked to bring the kids to the ZADOV ski resort, about 20 minutes from the hotel. The kids were taken care of and a ski intructor there would give my daughter a 2 hours ski lessons. We really enjoyed it as the staff was very friendly to my daughter and helped her learn some ski basics.
The resort is pretty small but perfect for kids. Adult can also enjoy a few nice slopes. It has a bar and it is easy to park your car. It s nice not to be surrended by thousands of tourists! Also the view from the slopes is amazing!
The bus would bring us home at around 12:30, from there we would have lunch and every afternoon at 3 there was an activity for the kids, either games, trip to the swimming pool etc. My daughter loved it! It s also great for the parents!
At the hotel we used the spa, which is completely new and modern. Sauna, Jacuzzi, Hamman, perfect!
We also booked a massage. The hotel called someone who was a real pro. Well worth the money!
To sum up, we had a great stay in Aparthotel Sumava and will probably go again!

A wonderful gem
We discovered this great hotel in 2004. We have spent 5 christmas periods there and a few summer weekends. The staff have always been incredibly helpful (my czech is bad) and the hotel has always been consistently good and well maintained. We have one of the top apartment rooms, which has lots of room, TV/DVD and kitchen area and my mother when she comes has again, a really nice room, with all the same facilities. It is a very easy place to stay, warm and cozy in the winter (and nice in the summer). There is also the nice relax room. The hotel also are welcoming of dogs. The area the hotel is sitauated in is great for walking, trips to Lipno area, into Germany and my kids also walk to the local ski slopes in winter. The village has a couple of nice cozy bars and good value restaurants and if you want to walk, there is a nice castle and restaurant close by. It is a real favourite place of ours and unfortnuately this year, we will have to miss our usual christmas visit.

Bezchybný víkendový pobyt
Vše naprosto perfektní,největší dík patří ochotné a přátelské obsluze. Určitě se rádi vrátíme za krásným wellness,výtečnou kuchyní a příjemnou rodinnou atmosférou hotelu. Lokalita je atraktivní jak v zimě,tak v létě.
