Absolutely terrible

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It can't even be called a hotel; calling it a guesthouse would be an understatement. I honestly don't know where to begin to discourage you from ever going there. There's no elevator; you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs, and don't expect any help from the staff. But if you ask them, they'll say customer satisfaction is important to them. Everything is filthy, the towels and sheets are stained. You might have to shower with ice-cold water; getting hot water is completely a matter of luck. A strong odor greets you in the room. Just mentioning the bathroom makes me nauseous. As you can imagine, the breakfast is equally mediocre in this unhygienic place. Everything is old and dirty. On top of that, they demanded money for a previously burned sofa, claiming we burned it because we asked for an iron that day, and threatened us with the police. When we tried to defend ourselves, they kicked us out. Please, please, don't choose this place to stay. If your tour company works with this place, state upfront that you don't want to stay here. It will truly ruin your vacation. It's poison. The employees are very rude and disrespectful. And the owners are Turkish. People like you are a disgrace to us.

Terrible

Definitely ignore the negative reviews and stay away from this hotel if you don't want to waste your money. We came with a tour group and didn't choose the hotel by researching it ourselves. If you're coming with a tour company, definitely avoid three-star hotels; you'll most likely end up in one like this. The breakfast they serve, which they call a "Turkish breakfast," is inedible; none of the items are fresh or tasty. They brought jam and sauce-like things in the same container for five days, letting the edges dry out. They hadn't even cooked the ready-made french fries and onion rings properly; they had put them in soft and raw. They probably aren't changing the oil they use; it had a disgusting taste and smell in all the food. We stayed there in July for five days and the room was never cleaned even once. Despite our requests for sheet changes, they unfortunately refused. There wasn't even a speck of trash in the room, except for the bathroom. The shower stall was covered with a curtain and was never hygienic. I've never been in a worse place in my life.

Good location, parking on site, just! Staff all very friendly and welcoming, comfortable beds but walls are thin you can hear other guests talking easily

It was a nice quiet hotel under a Turkish management. Good breakfast
Staff is righteous. They returned my bag which was left behind when I changed rooms. I had bundle of money in it credit cards and passports. Only thing missing there is an elevator and a safe.
