Great location. They are going through a renovation, but the new rooms are very nice. Staff is very friendly and responsive.

Our holiday at Hermes Hotel in Budva was wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean and well-organized. The staff were very attentive and helpful in every way. The breakfast was also quite good, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is also a big advantage, being within walking distance to the city center made everything very convenient.

Good value/money

Great locatiin near old town, room was ok, clean and good size, bathroom was also clean and ok. Only one aspect: shower head was broken..breakfast was fine. Parking was on a garage..rather small can accommodate only few cars /7 euro/day (off season) .

Staff is the best part of this hotel

We came to this hotel after a TERRIBLE experience in another hotel in Budva, and had to be rebooked in emergency by our travel agency. We were tired, stressed and very frustrated. And as we arrived in this hotel and in our room, we noticed that the shower door was broken. By then, I was teary and exhausted, and at loss at what to do.
But the hotel staff was SO GOOD: they understood that we had already had a horrible night in the previous hotel, and so they made their mission to help us. They did their best to fix the shower and when it appeared that they couldn't fix it without a new part, they offered us a drink and some nibbles to help us relax, and then upgraded us to a better room the next day. I can honestly say that they saved our last 2 days of honeymoon.
Every member of staff was friendly and helpful, which was very very appreciated. Thank you!

Hidden gem

The hotel is tucked away in a small side street, within a 5 minute walk from the old town. Staff was super friendly all round, the suite was very large, breakfast was great - great value for money. The hotel appears rather new or at least recently renovated, all neat and clean. Parking is available at the premises at an additional small cost. We can only recommend this one.
