房间外观朴素，内部设施及用料扎实可靠，三餐丰富，食材味道超过预期，老板热情好客，信息渠道广，可以算是华人去乍得落脚的龙门客栈！

Pretty poor hotel overall, would look elsewhere.
When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking, our room type we had booked wasn’t available so we accepted a twin room instead of the double we had booked.
It went even more downhill from there, the room was average. However there was no hot water, one of the twin beds had no bedding on, had to ask for toilet roll.
There is a restaurant onsite, we ordered 3 dishes, 2 of them had problems. An example was grilled fillet of fish was ordered (the menu shows pictures also) when it arrived it was frozen soggy fish goujons. The vegetable spring rolls contained egg (my wife is allergic to egg) but they still didn’t care ans wanted there money. After 45 mins they finally agreed to not charge for the incorrect dishes but during this period the Chinese staff brushes us off and the local staff lied about what was said!! Very poor…
Tried to use the onsite gym 4 times but everytime I was told to come back in 5 minutes as the lady with the key had popped out. Clearly this was another lie as they just kept saying the same thing.
Las issue was when checking out at 05:15 (for a ln early morning flight) they wanted us to send them the payment confirmation for our 2 rooms. (Not a major request but why leave everything until last minute as we had stayed for
3 nights.
Cleanliness was a bit below average.
Overall a poor hotel and I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel os conveniently located in the city. The cleanliness of the floor is not at ana acceptable level. The breakfast is included and is not bad. The internet is week in floor 3&4, it is better in floor 2. Booking through trip.com got me a good discount, if you pay at the reception it is usually much more expensive. The hotel generally provide a more affordable option in Ndjamena as other good hotels are extremely expensive.
