Flouressia Hotel Apartments are fantastic
Just wonderful. Great apartment - so clean, front and rear balconies, spotless bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you think you need, they have already provided it for you. Elena and her team are so accommodating - nothing is too much trouble for them. They were there to welcome us on our late night arrival and left us with homemade cake to make us feel right at home.
The location is ideal; close to the beach and the main strip, but so quiet.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Great value for money all round.

Pleasant stay
Just arrived home after 10 nights and flouressia gardens is in a lovely location very close to all beaches and a 7 minute walk into Protaras and 5 mins into Penerna
There are plenty of sunbeds with no dawn patrol towels placed on beds which is a breath of fresh air with a relaxing vibe once the beat boxes have been notified to switch off
We were unfortunately allocated to studio 206 which looks nothing like the photos with the washing machine located at the top of the stairs,the room is far too small for 2 people and you literally couldn't move once inside,including the shower cubicle which is tiny,
Also no notification anywhere that you have to clean the room yourself and brushes/mop are provided and also wash bed linen,towels etc and take out the waste/toilet bins
We would definitely return but would require another room.

Fantastic Family Stay with Ideal Location and Spacious Accommodation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flouressia Gardens in October 2023 as a family of five. Our only regret is not booking directly with them rather than using a third party website.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which had the bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is a stair gate on top of the stairs which were quite steep. We was glad to have this. The downstairs area was lovely and spacious, with a kitchen/diner and lounge. Also a downstairs toilet. If we were to visit again with three children, we would opt for the villas across the road for the extra bedroom.
The apartments themselves feature a
fantastic outdoor BBQ area, perfect for self-catering. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and a large fridge, making it easy to prepare meals.
The location was ideal, with local bars and restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the sports bar at the end of the road for drinks and pub grub—a great spot for my sports-enthusiast husband.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to Cyprus (we visit most years). We had four other family members staying here also. One family stayed in a studio and the other a one bedroom apartment, both of which were spacious and very clean. There was an ant problem in one and the management soon fixed it. No request was too much.
The pool area was quiet (until our kids arrived!). Plenty of loungers, no need to reserve beds. There was also a place to borrow children’s equipment that had been left.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we would recommend it to friends and family.
On a separate note: I would recommend hiring a car when visiting Cyprus, as there are many amazing beaches and restaurants worth exploring in the area. So if you do stay here make sure you get yourself a car!

Lovely relaxing 12 days here ❤️
Just finished our 11 night stay in room 101. It was a change for us as we usually do all inclusive hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Lovely little complex with everything you need.
Pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds.
First half was a lot more peaceful and had the pool to ourselves.
Kitchen was well equipped.
Location is so good if you love the beach and busy towns. You can walk 5 mins and you’re on the seafront where you can walk along for miles. Protaras strip is not far either. We hired a car so we went all over.
Room 101 is split level, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a seperate toilet downstairs. We had a jacuzzi and bbq and own sunloungers. Towels were provided too! Really happy with our accommodation and sure we will return.
We got late check out and homemade cake which was an extra nice touch.
Only downside is the water pressure is poor so washing your hair is hard in the shower and husband found the mattress uncomfortable.

Lovely apartment very clean with everything you need , never had problem getting sun bed at pool . Elan owner was fantastic very helpful before and during our stay first class thanks 😎😎
