A great hotel with exellent location
We were an adult couple that spent 2 weeks at the hotel in July -26.
We had an excellent time ! Staff was very hardworking, smiling and helpful.
We had all inclusive which included breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The buffet was not very numerous but the food was delicious and changed up every day of the week.
The hotel was clean and tidy.
Hotel location was perfect. A short walk to beautiful beaches, resturants and supermarket. A 20 min walk to Protaras.
Pool area was good, never had an issue getting sunbeds.
We would definately come back.

We had all inclusive which included breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The buffet was not very numerous but the food was delicious and changed up every day of the week.
The hotel was clean and tidy.

Ok stay
We stayed for a week with my two children at the end of July. The hotel was beautifully clean, beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the comfort of the sun beds by the pool each day.
The location is great, a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach, bus stop outside the hotel which will take you to Ayia Napa or Protaras for €2.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they wanted to ensure you were happy and had a good time.
The all inclusive was not the best, but I guess what you would expect for a 3* breakfast was great, there needed to be more options at lunch and dinner. My children often struggled to find something to eat. There was only two desert options, a small cake and then jelly. I have added some pictures of one evenings choices and the drinks menu.
There was no where to get drinks from during meal times you had to go to the bar before you went to the restaurant which I thought was unusual. Not even water. Also there were no icecream/ snack bar despite being all inclusive.
On check out the staff member asked to cut off my all inclusive band and I refused as this was 10am Monday and we weren’t due to leave until 8pm. At this point due to the time we arrived (Tuesday 1am) we had only had 6 days in the hotel and had paid all inclusive for 7 days, this was a bit of a disappointing end to a overall good experience as they weren’t very happy when I tried to explain and they wanted me to pay for the meals and drinks that day. They did provide us with somewhere to shower later that day which I was grateful of.
Overall we had a good holiday but there could be some improvements to the hotel, mainly food choice if offering all inclusive.

Lovely hotel with great potential
Lovely location. Lovely staff. We received great service from all staff, especially, Beata, Avi, Ali and all the Filipino chefs.
The hotel is extremely clean and well positioned for visits to The Protaras strip and also Aiya Napa. The hotel has the potential to be wonderful. A few small changes would turn the hotel from good to great.
1. Aircon in the rooms is very dated and weak. The rooms are never cool enough. A big investment would pay dividends over time.
2. Drinks at Lunch and dinner have to be brought from the pool bar or main hotel bar. This is a bit of a pain. Drinks should be accessible in the restaurant.
3. Food choices were limited. While cooked well, the options were few. A lack of Cypriot food was disappointing. Changing the lay out of the plates would be helpful too. There is no defined direction and guests seem confused.plates at one end, not the middle.
Overall we really liked the hotel and with a few improvements we would certainly return.

A Truly Wonderful and Relaxing Holiday
We had an absolutely wonderful, peaceful and memorable holiday at this hotel. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind and forget about everyday life for a while.
Everything contributed to making our stay so special: the warm and genuine human interactions, the delicious fresh food, the excellent service in the restaurant, the pool bar and the evening bar, the beautiful surroundings, lovely plants, wonderful scents, amazing flavours, and of course the crystal-clear, warm sea just a few minutes’ walk away. We truly enjoyed every single moment.
What made this holiday unforgettable, however, were the people.
A heartfelt thank you to Avi at Reception for always being welcoming, kind and professional.
A very special thank you to Fedoula, whose kindness and compassion meant so much to us. During a difficult moment, she supported us simply by being there. Sometimes a person’s calm presence says more than words, and we will always remember her kindness.

Hotel
The location is perfect, the supermarkets are near the hotel, it doesn’t feel like 3 star hotel it’s worth 4! The beach is near the hotel, the buses go to two different so you can explore by yourself the city.
The atmosphere fells relaxing the pool is really big and relaxing.
The rooms are really clean, and the cleaning lady gives the best service - cleans the floor changes the towels and bedsheets just perfect.
Value is perfect - every cent is worth it the food the everything perfect!
Noise level is warm and comforting it’s really relaxing and queit the kids are queit and have other small pool to play.
Atmosphere is relaxing and queit overall this hotel is really fun and friendly must need to visit! The bars are really good and know how to make the coctails!
