Very pleased with our short family holiday, very accessible with easy parking and right next to the bus station that can take you to anywhere in Paphos, as well as being surrounded by places to eat.
Only downside was lack of breakfast except for the choice of 1 of 2 toasties, but there is an excellent breakfast spot called Tea For Two next door.
Pool area is very clean comfortable.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

Building site & bus terminus when described as lovely quite location.

Tasmania - Paphos - Cyprus
Totally disappointed with this hotel (Tasmaria) stay. The 2nd floor room with no lift faced a noisy and dusty building site and bus terminus, which completely ruined any chance of a relaxing break. None of this was made clear when booking and nothing was done to resolve this only the option to check out.
The room facilities were also not as described and virtually non existant and the toiletries consisted of one minuscule soap which felt misleading and extremely poor value for money. we raised our concerns, the staff were unhelpful, dismissive to the point of rudeness and showed little interest in resolving the issues.
To make matters worse, the refund offered for the unused nights of our stay was frankly insulting given the circumstances.
Apparently the pool was only half licensed and if you wanted any heating or air conditioning this was a further €8.00 per day.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I would recommend nor expect anyone else to have to endure.

Disappointed with Room, staff change and Jet 2

Came here last year and loved the place, great staff and facilities then, booked with Jet2 this year and only checked there take on what was available when booking, 1st the cooker, 4 burners and toaster have gone, replaced with air fryer only, not really good for self catering and not highlighted by Jet 2, also our room had a bad mould problem which looked like it was caused by a leak from above, we reported the issue and as the hotel was full they said they would treat and paint the walls, which they did the day we left, the mould got worse by the end, from day 1 our clothes and bed felt damp again 2 air fresheners were put in the room to hide the smell, still had a good time as holidays are what you make them, didnt use pool bar much as bars were cheaper, ate out a lot more as cant live on air fried food so if your a family beware, wont book here again but its a pity as its central to everything.

Avoid at all costs, nightmare

We booked a room for one night as part of an annual birthday trip, expecting a pleasant and relaxing stay. Instead, we got an entirely unacceptable experience. At 5 PM, right after I stepped out of the shower in a towel, three men appeared at the door demanding entry to replace the air conditioner. When I refused, they handed me a phone with the owner on the line. He was incredibly rude, yelling, and wouldn't let me get a word in. He forced me to let them in, claiming it would take 5-10 minutes. They ended up staying for 1.5 hours in a room I had already paid for, and the workers were mocking and belittling when I asked how long it would take.
When I asked the owner to cancel the room due to this intrusion, he yelled and said, "Let's see where you'll find another place, it's not my problem." I went down to the reception to get a refund, but the receptionist refused and demanded I pay for a completely new room if I wanted to move. Meanwhile, the owner started ignoring all phone calls from the front desk.
The next day, I finally saw him, and he sarcastically asked why I didn't come say hi when I saw him (as if I was supposed to know what he looked like). Avoid this place at all costs. They have zero respect for their paying guests, and customer service is practically non-existent.

Very average

Stayed only 1 night as a family of 4.
The apartment we got was fine in terms of comfort but there was only 1 air con unit for 2 rooms so it took a very long time to cool the room down and we ended up asking for a fan for the kids sleeping in the living room.
Upon check out the Cypriot desk clerk demanded 3 euros for the use of the fan. When I said we were not going to pay considering the ac unit was so small that it couldn’t cool the whole apartment he demanded we leave the premises immediately and was quite aggressive! Would not recommend this accommodation at all. The only cooking facilities are a kettle and an airfryer. There was a half used box of cereal in our cupboard and a smell of mould throughout the apartment. No shampoo or shower gel left at all.
I know we got a good deal for the price but these things are standard.
