Hidden Gem
Recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights ( did book 5 but we're available to travel home earlier.) I loved the hotel, the rooms were large and comfortable a very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. There was a large fridge freezer, as I was next to a hotel, I purchased cold drinks and the odd Efes from a large supermarket about 200 metres away.
The rooftop pool, very underused, was a pleasant area with comfortable sun beds and easily accessible. The restaurant, I was B&B, was large clean and I enjoyed a large array of Turkish food for breakfast, particularly enjoyed the halloumi cheese.
All the staff were pleasant and nice, I had no issues at all.
Hotel had a nice Turkish cafe next door food was ok as I wasn't fussed by high end eating. There are not many facilities nearby and not really touristy which I did not miss.A lot of dolmus vehicles passed by going to different areas, I twice visited the capital centre cost 55TL about £1 to get there. A fascinating lovely city in the Turkish side, lovely side street shopping, I twice visited the Cypriot side border crossing was smooth for me, but can get busy, where more European shop could be found.

Nice place to stay
A lovely hotel, checkin and check out was fast. the room is of good size. Room cleaning is good, comfortable beds, breakfast is nice and tasty. The roof top is a very nice place to spend the night around the swiming pool and enjoy the delicious food and drinks. The owner is always available and welcoming the guests notes.

A fabalous trip!
I booked originally for a 10 day stay in March 2024 but I ended up extending my stay for 16 days.My experience at the Sky Roof Hotel Nicosia North Cyprus was outstanding!
As first time experience staying at the hotel I was always curious every time I visited Northern Cyprus I pass by this hidden gem location for the Roof Top sunset hour with 360 degrees fabalous views.
The roof top has a swimming pool area there are also meeting and event funtion rooms too
Scala Restaurant which is on the ground floor had a
variety of options on the menu Breakfast was also available
everyday at reasonable price.
The chef Ahmet and the waitress Gamze were my favourite staff members very welcoming polite and helpful the customer service was exceptional.
Breakfast is a open buffet different variety of choices to your taste.
As for my single room was very impressed I had a nice king size bed, cupboards with hangers cabinet units lots of space.The room was very spacious had a balcony I was on the quiet side of the building facing the local resident road at the back had free wifi tv aircon kettle with unlimited tea coffee milk sachets and two small bottles of water all complimentary refrigerator and a sink.
Bathroom is a walk in shower the room has flooring no carpets which is excellent for those that suffer allegys or hay-fever.
Hygiene and cleanliness of the room is on point too the house keeping staff were friendly some of the days when my room didn't need thoroughly cleaning the house keeping staff would double check if my bath towels, bins needed changing very impressive.
Omur the boss I met during my stay he was beyond welcoming and checked if I was happy with my room and offered to change my room if I wasn't comfortable into a king size room which was very nice and genuine of him to ask Thank you for your hospitality very friendly and pleasant always smiling and welcoming :)
For a 3 star hotel it was fabulous you couldn't ask for more and I would definitely go back and visit again highly recommend to family and friends.Parking area available which belongs to the hotel at the basement.
Walking distance for local restaurants, coffee shops, shisha lounge, supermarkets,
off-licence and pharmacy too.
If your looking for a city break hotel this is the place to be ideal for business trips or pleasure located central Lefkoşa/Nicosia Northern Cyprus (Turkish Side)
The coast is 40/45 minutes drive from the town centre.
and 25 minutes drive to the Ercan Lefkoşa Airport.
Front desk receptionist Gunay and Mary were very helpful during my stay especially when extending my stay both were very informative too thank you for your service.

Highly recommend
We loved this hotel, really clean, lovely friendly staff cant do for for you, banging buffet breakfast. Swimming pool was so nice and the 360 degree view to watch the sun down down was just stunning. I would 100 percent stay again. We all had great time.

Nice impression!
Very helpful staff, nice spacious rooms, large bed. Daily housekeeping cleans the rooms and gives you water, tea, coffee, fresh towels and toilet paper. The breakfast is affordable and plentiful as all you can eat style. Very good and fresh food every day.
