Unbelievable historical villa

Unbelievable place to stay with family or friends, clean and comfortable rooms great service and delicious breakfast the hidden garden is different. Story And the host mr panos will surprise you as he super helpful smiling all the time and ready for every thing even he drop us to the airport free of charge , highly recommended

Disappointment

The pool was dirty, the courtyard neglected, the outside ceiling fan was broken and while breakfast was offered we were never offered. The room while we said we would be 4 persons included 1 double bed and 1 a theosthenic sofa bed that limitedly accommodated a person. It takes a lot of care and care to become a decent accommodation but also to justify the 150 euros per night. However, the owner of the place was a sweet and polite gentleman.

You get what you pay for

The poorest accomodation in over a hundred stays so far this year. No entry code provided without a request. No smoke detector or lighting on stairways leading to the second floor. Owner or manager forced 2 prong plugs into UK outlets for lighting. No internet upstairs or downstairs. Only building on side of street not condemd and boarded up.

Quaint location with room for improvement

Overall it was a pleasant experience during my stay especially the hospitality and service. Had some improvements that could be made which was not received by the host favourably at all once communicated. I received a defamatory message in response with degrading language towards me as a black traveller.
The property has some wear and tear which adds character but could also do with TLC. The AC was great. Very powerful and cooled you down. The room was quaint but could do with some refurbishments to elevate the experience.
The location is good if you would like to lounge poolside most of the day and not tour the city. It's a bit isolated so public transport is an issue going to and from. There's alot of walking invovled as the bus 417 to Aradippou direction has a very sporadic schedule. If you have a car this is not an issue. Just harder if you're a tourist choosing to explore on foot. The cats are a plus.
Would suggest for groups or couples. I don't recommend if you're a black solo female traveller.
The treatment I received post stay has also left ALOT to be desired.

Lovely small hotel with v helpful staff

I stayed here for one night, arriving at Larnaca airport at 3am and leaving later the same day.
Panos was very helpful and there to meet me at the airport. The hotel is small and comfortable. The courtyard and pool are quiet at shady.
