Ci siamo trovati bene
Stanza di una ventina di metri quadrati. C'è un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto che puo' servire per due persone. Un tavolino, TV a schermo piatto, cucina, bagno e aria condizionata. Mio figlio ha detto che il WI FI non funzionava ma francamente è stata l'unica pecca. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Oltretutto tre minuti e siate nel centro storico di Spalato, che è poi il Palazzo di Diocleziano con le sue mura spesse due metri

I do not recommend it
The only good thing is the location. It is perfect for seeing the city.
However, the towels seemed sandy and, furthermore, there were not small towels for everyone (there were 2 small ones for 4).
Also, none of the beds were beds, but rather two sofa beds.
The hot water ran out quickly, most of us had to take cold showers.
In the shower you were practically left in the dark.
Poorly isolated acoustically.
I do not recommend it.

Smells like mold!
Great location and very close to old town. Design vise ok, nice high ceilings, nice bathroom, stuff very friendly,BUT our room (nr2) smelled like mold and had no air even when window and the door were open. Also floors were dirty.
Ps. I dont know about other rooms, but our room was kind of missing windows. There was one tiny one, but it was facing a wall.

Early morning noise
Early morning noise!
I was asleep when I was awaked by the lady owner.
She was shouting and banging loud at my room door in croatian using some english words
That was at 5am!!!!
Her problem was that our two bikes were parked in her yard and she demanded from us to move the bikes immediately or otherwise she would call police.I could not believe it!?!
She kept saying that this is her place and no parking inside! She also swore at us in a local dialect.
What can say??
Croatia is a beautiful country but the locals need to change their attitude as this wasn't the only bad experience I had while staying here.
