Lovely studio with sea view well equipped kitchen, very nicely smell everywhere.
Pool area was quiet had it to myself most of the time. Was up a hill, but I didn't mind x had good views.

Great View
I dont know where to start we arrived at the apartment and was shown to our room by a nice young lady,The first thing she pointed out was the view from the balcony to be honest the only good thing, there was not a kettle to boil water we had to use a saucepan which by the way was filthy my wife had to clean it before use, The shower well what a waste of time no power shower difficult for a lady to use i should imagine. The other thing that got my back was how expensive the airport transfer was form the owner it was more expensive than what my friends were charged from split which was further, Luckily we were there overnight but if that is what it is like Always i would not advise it

Live the croatian way
I went to croatia in the middl of april 2014 so it was not main season. we (4 grown ups and 2 kids) got the appartment in the ground flor. Yes there are many things which are not perfectly ok (toilettseat e.g.) If you want a perfekt appartment you go to somewhere else.
but now the good things:
If you want a great vacation in a lovely surrounding with lovely people you have to stay at villa split. The owners are really really nice. They are acting like kind neigboors to you (but they dont forget their role as hoteliers)
The way to beach is down the hill but after 2 times walking its not even as bad as the first time :) The owners took me 2 times from the beach back to the villa with car, when they saw me going back. Just lovely.
What will you have?:
- Big great appartment
- lovely surroundings
- lovely people
- pool outside (your own pool when you are not in main season there :))
- bar outside
and last bat not least: you feel the croatian way of life. "if something is not ready today it might be ready tomorrow". If you just feel this way of living you will love al of your trip and you wont complain about a toilett seat which is very loose.
Take it, feel it, love it (and forget the perfect workaholic style of life)

Very disappointing!
Not easy to find as not sign posted vey well and situated on hill through narrow roads.
Booked 2 bedroom apartment and was given 2 small studio rooms with inter-connecting door. When I explained difference between studio and apartment to owner, he insisted this was 2 bed apartment, but then later offered us a 1 bedroom apartment which we accepted as tired and late in the day.When passports handed over, was then told they would not be returned until full payment received.
- Apartments are nothing like shown in pictures.They only represent 1 or 2 apartments.
- Very poor,basic kitchen area, a unit stand containing sink,2 hot plates,fridge and cupboard for pans.No cupboard to store food, no work surface to prepare food,cutlery in small box, no small saucepans (2large), no extras e.g.toaster
- 1 air conditioning unit, did not reach into bedroom so unbearably hot.
- View is spoilt by shipyard, with rusty ships and oil rig structure.
- Curtains didn’t close to block out sunlight, no lock on bathroom door, loose fitting toilet seat, kids disappointed as TV tuned into german and other small but important details such loose skirting boards, bad lighting and single sheets on creaky double beds.
-Don't trust pictures shown or apartment details on website. Not true representation.

-Short walk to beach (10-15mins), although up and down hill.
-Reasonably clean.
-Nice to have a small pool as many other apartments do not.
-Clean towels changed every three days.
-Some good views.
