The Hilton Imperial was a very clean and beautiful hotel. Right in the heart of town but it wasnt noisy. Happy we chose this hotel.

i booked two of the same rooms with the same price and yet one of the room had an outdated/old bathroom. when i raised this issue to the staff, they kept saying that all the rooms are outdated per usual and that there are no rooms to be switched into. if i pay for the same price, why am i getting one old room and one new room..? i guess i would have to make sure beforehand that i'm getting a newer room?

Great location, very close to the Old Town, and an overall enjoyable stay.
The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. They helped us arrange transportation to the airport and even made sure breakfast was prepared for us because we had an early flight. The hotel breakfast itself was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The only reasons I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 are that the bathroom felt a bit outdated and the room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly.
Overall, we had a very good experience and especially appreciated the excellent service and convenient location.

Absolutely the only place you should book!

The only place you should consider to stay - the gates to get old city are literally at your doorstep. A lovely hotel and wait staff!

Perfection

Five night stay for our family of three - all left happy, rested and satisfied. Breakfast was delicious, lounge offered far more than snacks, 8-year-old swam in pool while parents took turns in sauna and steam room. Father and son relaxed in comfortable room with balcony overlooking terracotta roofs, while mother got an unforgettable massage from Milan, the charming masseur. Attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff will point you in the right direction every time. Must stay.
