Great place to stay.
Staff very knowledgeable-
Easy booking trips with private car maximum of 6 people.
Spacious bright room with good bathroom facilities

It was a really nice hostel, the staff were very helpful and provided us with services to visit near by attractions at a good price. They even gave us water melon for free.

I booked a bed in the female dormitory for 2 nights, my friends booked other beds/rooms. The hostel has all the necessary amenities. There is even a washing machine if you need to do laundry. The bedding was fresh and clean. Plenty of sockets for charging devices. You will need to bring your own shower gel for the shower and the toilets are squat toilets which is standard in China. Met a lovely German girl while staying here. The host is a lovely and very helpful woman, she assisted us with any queries and even gave us some watermelon while we waited for our driver. If you want to visit any of the popular tourist spots in the Zhangye area she can organise a car tour for you and very reasonable prices- all very easy through WeChat. I visited the rainbow mountains/Zhangye National Geopark/Zhangye Danxia Geopark (张掖国家地质公园) and Mati Si temple (马蹄寺) while in Zhangye. The hostel is in a very good location too. The common area is nice and there is a tea station where you can help yourself to a cup of tea. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Perfect location and staff. The bed was too hard but the staff manage to find a solution anyway

感谢两位的评价，当天你住的是我们的棕垫床，是比其他房间的弹簧垫稍微硬一点，当你告诉我你们不适应硬床时，我们及时加了软一点的床品，当天你们洗衣服，我们本来不提供洗衣液，我我还是给你倒了一杯我自己的洗衣液，及时拿了衣架给你们，帮你们操作了所有洗衣服的过程。祝您旅途愉快！万事顺心

Lovely stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice atmosphere. Everything you might need. Highly recommend. Plus the hostel is in a central location.
