First time staying at Sanya Kangnian Hotel, feeling very good and satisfied. Clean and spacious rooms and warm and attentive service. Beautiful setting, rooftop pool was a surprise and great for photos, recommended. Special thanks to Kangnian Housekeeper Zhiyuan for his warm service.|

Fantastic room with a balcony! Very clean and quiet. The pools were very nice and the hotel is very close to the beach. The breakfast was also nice with a large variety of foods to try. I recommend this hotel.

Booked a triple room. The amenities , infinity pool and cantilever pool is awesome.
breakfast is nice, many selection,
3rd person bed is not that comfortable. Suitable for kids but not for adult.
Worth the value !!

A Perfect Anniversary Getaway at Conifer Bay Resort, Sanya
Our recent stay at Conifer Bay Resort in Sanya was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of beauty, comfort, and exceptional service.
We stayed in a Seaview room on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking — a sweeping panorama of the resort and the stunning coastline. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and relaxing on the balcony with such a serene backdrop made each day feel like paradise.
One of the standout experiences was the rooftop swimming pool. Not only was the setting luxurious and stylish, but the food and drinks available there were spot on. It was the perfect place to unwind, soak in the sun, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to Vivian, the executive hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration remarkable. Her thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly special.
Conifer Bay Resort is a place we’ll definitely return to — a perfect blend of natural beauty, modern luxury, and heartfelt service. A must-visit if you’re in Sanya!
