Beautiful hotel with all the comforts. Exceptional breakfast, both sweet and savory. A true 5-star. I recommend it

The room cleaning service not professional. Our used cup still in the same place (with left over coffee) when we went back to hotel, we need to clean ourself.
The room was great and spacious, kids enjoyed the bathtub. Overall was satisfied except the room clearing service.

Really enjoyed my stay

This is my second time to visit this hotel, my stay was very enjoyable as before. The room was spotless, and the front desk team provided excellent service throughout my visit. their English communication seems better than before. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Du to air-conditioning problem on the day of our stay, the hotel staff was able to quickly help us change rooms,making us feel respected and comfortable.

Nice hotel in a good location not far from the old train station and wangfujing. Really impressive gym and swimming pool, friendly staff, and good breakfast! The only slightly annoying thing was the music in the breakfast room, always the same tune neverending. That could do with ab upgrade ;) but seriously nothing really to complain about.
