Beautiful hotel, great staff and loads of dining and shopping options. Hidden Jen on the Cotai strip

The casino hotel is near the monorail station and Parisian, so its very convenient.
We've got a Parisan view room with complimentary snacks and drink. But there is no usb port for charging, and missing pen and small notepad(which delivered quickly after a call). Bathtub design is focus on couples, kind of a bit slippery for young kids and elderly.
The signs in the lobby and casino area are not clear. Got lost a few times to find the way back to the room. And not sufficent staff to help out.

Highly recommended
The room is big, bright, beautiful and clean.
The mini bar had lots of variety of drinks.
The dressing gown was so soft and comfy, sleeper were comfy too.
Definitely will come back to stay again .

My family very much enjoyed this hotel as our first time in Macua.
The hotel supported me in upgrading the room could see the Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower. The room is very nice and clean. Every staff member is very kind and friendly.
And hotel shutter bus very Convenience, clean and on time.
I am just facing duplicate charges, but the hotel is very kind to support me. I suggest to do deposit with cash it may decrease this issue.

Enjoyed my stay very much! Stayed during 11 - 13 May and there wasnt much crowds. A porter was enthusiastic to help us bring our luggages from reception to room without asking. Amenities are good, and for location its probably 1 of the few hotels to link directly to the train. Will visit again!
