Great location. Walking distance 10mins from metro station, there are convenient stores, fruit shop and food stores within few mins walking radius. But Amenities are not well maintain and repaired, the room I stayed fridge and one of
electrical charging point doesn't work.
Management need improvement, different departments don't have good communication between each other which caused misunderstanding. Situation as below:
1. Room booklet and booking info was not updated. Stated there was Laundry service, but when asked there isn't.
2. States there is Rooom service for food but when called there isn't.
3. Housekeeping mentioned breakfast can be brought to me in my room(because I was sick), but when called receiption said they don't provide this kind of service.
4. Housekeeping disturbs even putting on DO NOT DISTURB, interrupting my rest when I was sick. (NOT sure if housekeeping missed out OR the indication light doesn't work)
Hope management will improve for guest to have a better experience.
