Terrible

it was a terrible experience during my stay when the room doesnt have a functioning air-conditioning unit. I barely slept.
They brought in a fan that is full of dirt .
Reported in the the management but they refused to compensate.
Agoda also turned a deaf ear to this matter of concern
Place is full of dust.

Location is good near mongkok station and near sky bus to airport.
The hotel is clean with city view but no amenities for bathing. They upgrade my room to family room when check in.
There are many shops nearby for having meals.

Cleanliness of the room - meet expectation
Room amenities - need improvement
(No wifi and TV not working - I've already read the previous comments regarding this issue and I thought the issue was raised and fixed however unfortunately it's still the same. They didn't rectify the problem at all.)
Location - meet the expectation.
Overall - mediocre
Experience - need improvement
