Who knows? I can't find the main entrance | W Hotel Changsha

The hotel was so good online, this time to Changsha play, just happened to stop by the parents Shah W punch.
The hotel is halfway between the pedestrian street and the airport, which can be reached by metro, making it a pretty good location for the first or last day of transition.

When I went to the hotel, the door of the mall was connected and the main entrance to the hotel was being maintained, but for a reminder from the concierge at the door, it would have been missed.
The manager of the Chinese restaurant was too warm, so he ate a Xiang dish in Changsha.
▫️ You can choose one half, the whole meal is discounted, a person can order a lot, but also eat well.
▫️ Small partners who can't eat spicy food should order discreetly and communicate with service personnel in advance.
After eating back to the room rest, MINI bar free of charge, what you want to drink directly take it, no longer luxury hotel to sell 58 bottles of Coke.
The cute dolls in the room can still take pictures, but not with them!
Dinner at the hotel, not too hungry, was chosen for the Hedonistic Carving. This is probably the hardest meal I've had in Changsha.
▫ Especially with milk tea like water, the first bite regrets why you didn't go downstairs to the Box Horse supermarket and eat something casual.

I went to the nearby Rice Museum and had time to look at it. There were very few people here, so I could learn about the life of academician Yuan Longping and rice-related knowledge, as well as satisfy the little thought of taking pictures.
It is recommended to set aside 1-2 hours.

Disappointing

We stayed at Changsha W hotel from 7/12-7/14. On the first night of stay around 10:30pm, we were told that there was a problem with air in the water pipe and there was a high pitch noise in the room. We were asked to move to another room on a higher floor. We packed our stuff and carried our daughter who was asleep at the time to the other room. However, as soon as we stepped into the room, I immediately sensed old smoke smell. I told the hotel manager that we couldn’t stay in that room. She offered another room and when I went to check it, it had a musky smell. I had to ask for a third room and when we finally moved to it on the 7th floor, it’s almost midnight. I couldn’t believe a Marriott hotel manager can’t find a non-smoking room that we specifically requested at booking.
The lady offered to make arrangements for our breakfast but our booking already included breakfast. She offered a fruit plate but who would need it at midnight? After that, she didn’t even try to make any other arrangements to compensate the inconvenience that the hotel has caused us.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you don’t have a high enough Marriott membership level.

Great stay from start to finish. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at the front gate. The bell staff and doormen were welcoming, helpful, and very personable. The front desk team was professional, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless.
A special thank you to the front desk check-in team — especially the young lady who helped us find the most suitable room. I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition for her patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She truly made a difference in our experience.
Housekeeping was efficient and thorough, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully built and very well maintained.
I also sincerely appreciate the staff who assisted me with post-stay matters. They were extremely patient and helpful in resolving everything smoothly. Truly amazing service all around.
I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.
