Great place, highly recommend

Great place.
We didn't try it but Breakfast and dinner is included.
We had an awesome street view in a double room.
Location is great and safe for travelers easy to get to food, bars and the train.
There is a hotel service with room cleaning, filling soaps, shampoo etc, emptying bins and they also provide a washing service.
Had an issue that was promptly fixed by staff.
The manager is so lovely, it was our honeymoon and we got a bottle of wine and chocolates!!!
Staying again on our way back after 10 weeks of backpacking.
Highly recommend.

Great hostel and location

Pros:
Located between the centre, cerro san Cristo, costanera centre
Hot showers
Breakfast and dinner included (basic)
Friendly staff always able to help
Storage
Decent WiFi
Cons:
Breakfast was bread and spread
Dinner usually included fish
Not too many bathrooms

Awesome place!!

I stayed at this place for about a week while visiting Santiago. The rooms are great and beds are super comfortable. People that work at this place are friendly and always willing to help. They are knowledgeable about their city are always have great recommendations. All the spots they suggested were a success. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves in Santiago and we are glad we decided to stay at this spot. i will definitely return here next time i visit Chile. Thumbs up guys!!

I don't leave reviews but if I have to...

I am very disappointed in this hostel. Out of all the places I stayed in my time in chile and Peru this was by far the worst. I hate to leave bad reviews but I find it necessary because I wouldn't want anyone else to make this mistake. Don't get me wrong, they had friendly staff but for the most expensive hostel I stayed in during my entire stay, it was the most dirtiest and run down. We also were charged 7000 pesos to park on the street outside on a Saturday night and Sunday day. From what I gathered, I wasn't sure if that was a "parking enforced" day or not. I also thought you just pay the parking guy outside not hotel staff. They had the room reservation wrong and said it was Hostelworld's fault and I would need to pay 10,000 more for the room I had confirmed from hostelworld. All around disappointment. Breakfast wasn't even included but I'm glad I didn't get it because I had better looking free breakfast at other hostels.

Nightmare

I have been travelling for 3 months in South America and worst hostel I have been so far.
The room was small, dirty and no window. The showers were horrible, and in the toilets the toilet were everywhere on the floor because they didn't clean it.
When we arrived the manager was horrible. He has no idea how to speak with customers, and was disrespectful. Didn't want us to give us breakfast because apparently we booked the cheep hostal (which was still 35 a night). After showing twice our reservation were breakfast included was written down, he finally agreed to serve us toast and butter...
