Cozy hotel

It's a good hotel, I went with my partner and we liked the warmth and how cozy it is, also the delicious breakfast
You have to dress very warmly, the cold freezes your bones.

Feeling stolen and deceived

I booked the hotel, paid in advance. Due to the weather we could not get to the hotel. I sent messages via WhatsApp and we had no assistance. We had to book another hotel. We requested a refund, but received no reply.

Stay away: Poor hospitality

We just stayed at Hotel HF for one week. DO NOT expect much from this place. The food was terrible, the hotel transport to the ski areas was very overpriced, the rooms were tiny (especially the bathrooms), and the facility itself is dated and dilapidated. They do not provide a coffee maker in the room and then charge for coffee that comes from their machine when utilized outside of posted breakfast/dinner hours. There is no safe provided in the rooms and two members of our group have money missing. The staff is not helpful and seemingly not knowledgeable about any activities, transportation options, or tourist interest in the area.
On the plus side, the staff made great efforts to keep our room clean.

Stay away

I had booked this place to go ski. When we got there the rooms were terrible small and disgusting. I also found roaches. I asked for a refund as I could not stay and the owner said no. It was so bad I ended up losing 580 dollars and still did not stay.

Bad, I don't recommend.

Worst experience we've had, very high price, old, dirty hotel, tiny rooms, no fridge bar, no air conditioning, no box in the tiny bathroom. The owner very uneducated, strange with the guests.
I do not recommend.
If I had read the comments here,I would not have stayed there!It is better to spend the day in the park and return to Santiago.
