Wonderful and Quaint
Is this a very charming hotel. The back patio with his terraced garden is a wonderful place to sit with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The rooms decor are cute and very tasteful. The staff is so pleasant and so accommodating it is located a block and a half off of the lake and has beautiful views of the volcano. It is very quiet. They have several room type options that work well for more than couples. The breakfast is very good! A comfortable sitting couches in the common area we sat at in the later evening. It is an older building so it does have its creaks but every else is so great you don’t pay attention. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff is.

Excellent hotel
This hotel is at the entrance of the Frutillar Bajo which is the tourist area with a striking exterior construction, the staff's attention is excellent as well as breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and also the location allows you to visit everything walking although the town is small.

The Hotel Frutillar is a gem. Frutillar is one of the most quaint and beautiful towns we've ever visited. And the Hotel Frutillar is probably one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff, the rooms and the gardens are simply a pleasure. The hotel is very close to a variety of shops and restaurants too. Will most certainly come back next time, (hopefully soon) that we're visiting the Lake Region of wonderful Chile.

Cute but the staff unwilling to troubleshoot.
Negative points: 2 of the rooms were running the shower water. A safe was not working and the other room was loose (not anchored). In one room the TV was not working, it was warned at reception and they never went. The last one Miss Reception caught our attention because we left the towels on the floor for change every day. In my opinion from the above I think it is overrated.
