Good night.
My name is Antonio Vergara is my 2nd visit and if it is a cozy place always make you want to come back, your staff is very attentive, the place is always clean and the breakfast is very rich. A few blocks from downtown Copiapo, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. 100% recommended.

Irresponsibility with personal data

The hotel does not take care of the clients' personal data, they arrive and give name and cell phone information to third parties that do not correspond. Finally, from reception they should call first to authorize giving personal information.

Buenas tardes disculpe solo quisimos ayudar a las personas que chocaron en nuestro estacionamiento que tenemos convenio ya que no se hicieron responsables de los daños .

Its a 2 star hotel not 4 star. Nowhere to do anything in room and tiny. No furniture other than bed and 1 wardrobe.Bathroom broken and dirty. Its a $20/night property not $70/night

Not worth the price

Copiapo, not really a tourist town, but we just break our journey here after 6 hours drive. This hotel was book in advance, it has good reviews. I don't understand how people given the place a good review while it doesn't really that worth
Again, we choose this hotel because they have private and secure parking. The hotel building it looks like a wall only very flat.
A young girl open the door and only spanish speaking, first thing I ask she has to open the gate so we can drive in to the parking, but she want me first to write down our names (registration) on a book
The parking is at the back where we have access to the room
Hotel hallway is nicer than the room itself
The room is not that big, we had one big bed (double) a small closet and a table with one chair, tv and free wifi inside the room
The bathroom is somehow small with shower, towels, toileteries
The breakfast is a joke, we didn't touched
Room price is 50$ dollar with breakfast, is a bit expensive in this town which nothing much to see. But is okay for a night. The location is in the center closed to everything: shopping street, restaurants, supermarkets are nearby
