A Nightmare From Check-In to Check-Out

Do you enjoy uncomfortable beds, foul-smelling showers, dirty toilets, and being screamed at by an aggressive receptionist? If so, this is the place for you.
My stay ended with a police report.
At 9 am, I paid for the hostel's washing machine and dryer. The receptionist knew I had to check out at 11 a.m. She happily took my money without mentioning that my laundry would not be finished before checkout. When I waited for my clothes, she suddenly demanded that I leave.
When I calmly pointed out that I had paid for a service that hadn't been completed, she became aggressive and started shouting at me. I said I would record her behaviour for my own protection. She then knocked my phone out of my hand, sending it crashing to the floor.
The entire incident was captured on video, and I had to call the police. They handled the situation professionally.
Even without this incident, the hostel was poorly maintained, with uncomfortable beds, unpleasant-smelling showers, and dirty toilets. The receptionist's behaviour turned an already disappointing stay into an unacceptable one.
Avoid this place if you value basic cleanliness, professionalism, and feeling safe as a guest.

The gas station is cleaner.

The bed is dirty and smelly. Clearly not. Everything old and dirty.

Shower was terrible water on ground all day,brought every where,could not call this room good,far from deluxe,on good side lady on reception was great very good breakfast but room let it down

Horrible experience with a terrorizing hostal cleaning "lady" though out the stay

Had a really bad experience! The Hostel itself if fine, centrally located, big rooms with air-conditioning.
But I had a staff member staying in the same 4 bed female room, and she was not suitable at all sharing room with others, terrorizing the rest of us. At my 3th day she was walking behind me an just yelling. I made a complaint about her to the reception. No change! My last night this person got up 1:30 in the night, started watching videos loudly waking us all up. When the lady above me addressed her about that, she went completely crazy and was yelling for half an hour. In the morning we 3 other woman went down to the reception to make our complaint together. There were plenty of other issues with her though out the hole week. I left home, one other person left the place even though she had paid for more night. To my understanding the hostel owner did nothing. I personally didn't get any "help" in this horrible situation: no new room, no apology, no arrangements for this staff member, no refund!
